Breakfast was good, the service personnel was very friendly.

I tried to reserve a baby crib, couldn’t get an answer for 2 days. When I called a guy who told me very rude that I have to call if I need something. At the reception it felt as it was my mistake because I used the messenger not the phone. At the end we didn’t even had a baby crib although they confirmed it. It was very dirty: Hair in the bathroom, dirty carpet, the kitchen, fridge, sink, shelves everything was dirty. The furniture was old and worn. We had to take stairs with a baby and the buggy. We left earlier than planned it it was not worth the very expensive price.

The breakfast was ok, however not quick to refill when the plates were empty

For us a pity the atmosphere outside the very nice hotel gets complete lost inside the Hotel. I booked a luxuous room but did have the feeling I got a standard 2-room. Asking at the reception when to pay, the reaction possible we mixed with other guests!!?? I paid sorry for a lux. room. My room the luxaflex could not be closed complete.The dinner in the restaurant was ok.In the evening we have been asked to pay the rooms and the dinner cash because of problems with the pin system. Than at the end of the evening before to finish dinner it seemed it was solved already. Very strange they did not wait to ask paying cash before to be sure at the check out the problems was solved. Also in the restaurant and breakfast room we missed the great atmosphere of the hotel outside
