- Room was very clean and tidy and spacious - Staff were helpful and friendly- Instructions were clear and communicated well (both for parking and for room access)- Location was not bad- Great amenities (i.e. additional drinks and snacks)

Accessing the rooms was slightly confusing at first and there was no staff by the time we arrived. We just luckily came across another group of travellers looking for the staff members, and they gave them a call.

Good value for money for the room - especially compared to Nuremberg city rates at the same time.

The breakfast was good, but way too expensive (even if taking into account that it was all organic).

Modern renovation to a beautiful historic property. Each hallway had a mini fridge with drinks and snacks-an honor pay system and real utensils not plastic or disposable. We were fortunate to reserve a parking space that turned out to be directly outside our room in the back.

The breakfast was outstanding and they were very kind about accommodating me and my dog! The small apartment was lovely and they were very personal about if I wanted to stay for breakfast or have parking, etc.

The reception desk was unmanned after 5pm so if I forgot my card there was no one at the door. There were also no fans in the room when it was over 90 degrees outside.

We arrived quite late, parked at the property as requested ahead of arrival, self check in was easy. The room was wonderful, clean, airy and with touch of details. My heart was happy when I saw bed and bowls for our dog, bravo! We slept like babies on comfortable beds, bathroom was spacious and super clean, breakfast was delicious with vegan/veggie choices, that doesn’t happen a lot in Europe. Check out was late making us not to rush just enjoy. All staff we have met were lovely and chatty. For us this was a stay over on our road trip back to UK but we are keeping the details for the future. Truly lovely place. Thank you x

Carbon neutral. Stylish and unique design with very comfortable rooms.

Checking in will be easier the next time. It is a very different check in system. Makes sense, but it took some working out.

The booked parking place was occupied, so we had to wait a little until the hotel manager provided us with another parking key. However it was solved fast.

The staff were super friendly, breakfast was good and the rooms ok. Beds were super comfortable.

The room was too warm, because of the floor heating.

I highly recommend this hotel! Very clean and super nice!! 24/7 access and check in to the hotel! So you don't have to stress about that. Hotel was also close to some stores and restaurants

The property itself is very nice.

There was absolutely zero staff present at the hotel. Checkout at 8:30 a.m. consisted of me leaving my key card and getting an email with a bank transfer information after I left. Terrible customer service.

Quiet area, and very nice hotel. All clean and comfortable. It has the minimum necessary for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bathroom was big and very well equipped.

The bathroom door was translucent and sliding, providing no privacy at all.

Signage implied a refreshments counter on every floor. But it turned out ours didn't have one. It was a little uncomfortable arriving back at the hotel after dinner out, to a dark reception and foyer. Feeling your way to the stairs of your room. But interesting take on things.

No staff at reception on arrival. No parking for normal cars. Everything seemed to carry additional cost. For this money I expect a greeting and information on arrival. The room had very good coffee making facilities but no cup or spoon. Attention to detail is lacking.

This hotel is a true little gem. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment together with our dog and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is great, hotel and apartment are stylish and well-equipped and they even had some cute little extras for our furry companion.

Breakfast was good, but there could have been more variety and a better selection, especially at this price.

For my purposes the location was ideal as was within walking distance of what we intended to visit. It is also well located for a quick visit to Nurnberg (also via public transport). Several restaurants are located within walking distance of the hotel as well.

The pillows were feather pillows so flattened down to practically nothing when slept on, which made it less comfortable. The bed was also 2 separate mattresses pushed together so there was a bump in the middle of the bed & made it impossible to snuggle together at night. The rooms are not well sound proofed so if your neighbours are up, you will be too.
