Hotel Landgasthof Oberschnorrhof

Wonderful secluded spot very close to the motorway. Great for an overnight stop. Restaurant serves great local food with friendly staff. Hotel rooms clean, comfortable bed, shower perfect. It was a shame that we did not have time to make a hike along one of the marked trails.

It was a bit busy because of a special winter fest, loud music and lot's of people when we arrived. But after our meal everything was nice and quiet as we preferred.

The extra bed provide is not very comfortable

It was a stop over for me on the way from the Europort in Rotterdam to Wien. Just 10 min. off the mottorway. Beautifull nature around . It is great for walking dogs. Dogs welcommed in the pub as well. Very nice staff. German traditional food and beer. Cooked breakfast, fruits and etc. Lovely rooms. I will stop there again.

The place looks newly renovated and the rooms are very clean. The staff are easy going and welcoming. They speak multiple languages.The location is beautiful in a very calm and peaceful surrounding. I will definitely be back!

The rooms lack a little bit of cosyness, information brochures (i.e. menu of the restaurant, info about the sauna,hiking routes,…) or “extra’s” like slippers or an extra pillow.

Stayed a couple of nights to explore the area. Lovely hotel with comfy quiet rooms and excellent dining. Perfect place for a long walk through the forest and beautiful countryside.

Fabulous location for countryside and views and for taking dogs. Will definitely book again if travelling A3 route.

Very clean and recently renovated room with comfortable bed and big shower. Generous breakfast buffet and great service. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. We will he coming back next year!

Everything about our short stay was excellent. Quiet location in the countryside with lovely views, great food and very helpful staff.

Beautiful place, feel like we are in a very remote location but actually quite close to the motorway so easy plan if you do a road trip like us. The room is nice, clean and modern. The food was great, especially the desert.

Feel like the sound proof of the room could be improved as we could hear people outside and next room quite clearly. Option to have a mini fridge to store food could be ideal, especially if you travel with children as they’re always hungry.

Location, setting en food in morning en evening. There's a lot to see (castle mespelbrunn) and do (walks).

The balcony needed a good clean.

Lovely room, well appointed, and recently refreshed in a very quiet location. Nice, traditional dinner, and a filling breakfast.

Tricky lugging suitcases up the stairs... no lift.

Super hotel with a good dinner menu. Rooms were clean and very well presented. Excellent fittings, especially in the shower area. Breakfast was adequate.

The hotel would be perfect with a pool, steam room and sauna.

All very good. The re-furbished rooms are a real step forwards, in particular the bathrooms. Staff once again incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. All in all, a really pleasant experience. Great food.

The only thing I didn't like was that I wanted to stay longer!

Brilliant location for travellers stopping over with a dog. Beautiful countryside, quiet and peaceful, helpful staff, rooms now renovated are excellent and the food & drink at the gasthof is always top class

Superbly designed rooms, fantastic breakfast, amazing food and highly personable and professional staff

The wifi was spotty and slow. After the restaurant emptied out there was some kind of party in the hof, which eventually moved inside but was still loud.
