It was very confusing that in the room in was written check out is at 10:00 oclock and online in my booking confirmation 11 oclock

The area was safe, comfortable, and an affordable stay near Europa Park.

Great value, friendly service, overall great stay. Spanish-speaking manager very helpful, very friendly too.

Heaters weren´t working but management helped out with a portable heater.

The place was really accessible and clean. Very quiet and comfortable.

We were not able to increase the temperature in the room. It was a bit cold.

This is our second time staying here! Love the space we get for our family and the parking. This time, we stayed here to visit Europapark and Rulantica. Very easy drive in 10 minutes to get to both.

the key lock instructions are contradicting and not easy to comprehend.

The new part of the hotel is excelent.

A suite in an old part of the hotel has no aircondition, the shower floor angle is high and slippery. My granddaughter fell several times. There are no safty holding handles. The manager in charge has no authority to solve any problem. She must call the owner evrey time or asks the guest to do it. Nobody speaks English!!!

The room

There were money left in the hand bag on the bed disappearing, but the hotel staff did not made the diligence to solve the problem. The only received answer was to use the reception.

Assigned code didn’t work. After some time trying, we got another room. Unfortunately, the bedsheets in the main bedroom were not clean (used).

Nice, spacious and clean! Amazing apartment with wide rooms.

The beds could be more comfortable and the shower drain was clogged, so the water was quickly pooling up in the shower room.

The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Parking right in front of room. The room had a small kitchen and few basic things.

The check-in process. We reached at 16:30 (30 mins before time) and the staff dint speak proper German nor English. He just kept saying IMEL IMEL.. Later I realised he wanted me to check my email or message from booking.com. And 5 mins before 17 I received a message on booking.com with details of checking in and number for the lock.I would prefer a better check in process. Guests might arrive couple of hours before they can't ask them to wait in car and close the door.

Our stay at Black Forest was overall positive. The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

One area for improvement would be the drainage in the shower, which had some issues during our stay. Despite that, we had a good experience and would consider returning in the future!

We stayed here during our visits to the Christmas markets in Colmar and Strasbourg. Although we arrived relatively late, the staff still accommodated us for dinner, which was delicious! We highly recommend dinner at the hotel. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for our family.

The shower was either clogged or poorly designed, causing water to run across the entire bathroom floor. We had to turn off the water while soaping up and tried to finish quickly. Regarding breakfast, we found it to be lacking. The portions were very small, and the only thing our children wanted to eat were the croissants. Additionally, we weren't offered coffee or any other drinks, even though other tables received them. We're not sure if this was because we didn't arrange breakfast in advance.

the location was great we stayed over night on our road trip and found it comfortable.

I dont have any complaints it was great for the value of the money.

The hotel is nice, extremely clean and placed in a wonderful location.

When we arrived (late night), both windows were open (2 degrees Celsius outside). It was very cold, and the radiator was small. We fell asleep in a terrible cold; however, by morning, things were resolved. Also, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear any movement from the next room.

The apartment was spacious and clean.Really perfect for a family with a car.Internet was good.

The facilities were a bit old. The shower didn't work well.For people traveling with public transportation it was very limiting to go back and forth to EuropaPark. I mean there was only the one bus that gets you there quickly, but if you miss it you'll need a taxi.But if you came with a car, it's very convenient.

Value for money. Clean and spacious rooms. Good kitchen in the room. Ample parking space with small play area for the kids.

While booking.com claims checkout time as 11am but at the property we were informed about the checkout time to be 10am

Great family room in a lovely family-owned hotel. You can see a lot of love goes into the place. Handy location to Europark.

Everything was great for the price we paid.

Breakfast was nice and enough, the room was big enough for 4 persons. The location was great, only 5 minutes from Europa Park.

The shower was broken, hotel is outdated and not so clean.
