homie hotel max apart - Fürth

Smooth check-in process

Facilities in the room with serious flaws; very bad attitude of hotel staff who even suddenly knocked my door very heavily before 9AM to try to expel me while the normal checkout time is 10AM! Some of the hotel staff especially the cleaners kept making a lot of unacceptable noise besides my room from very early in the morning like around 8AM even till about 3PM and sometimes some unknown strangers even did so at midnight between 2AM and about 5:30AM which has seriously disturbed me and even made my health situation worse!

Nightmares that have never happened to me before!

Key facilities in the guest rooms with serious flaws; discriminatory attitude from their staff especially the one called Melanie from their reception (customer service support); serious noise made by their cleaning and other staff besides my room for at least three hours almost everyday from very early in the morning which has seriously disturbed me.

Large apartment & everything worked

Checkin at 4pm is too late

Location to train excellent, location to Furth excellent , location to airport excellent

Couldn’t contact staff to check in 1 hr early, bed & pillow a little soft, iron and ironing board not available & dogs barking near our room at 3am !!

Near the metro, good soundproofing of the room, underground garage, self check-in and check-out.

Unintuitive room reservation through booking.com - we had to contact the hotel to check in a second guest to an already paid double room. Attempts to make changes through booking.com did not work. But the problem is probably with Booking.com, not the hotel.

Location is AMAZING: right by the Stadthalle U-1 stop in Fuerth, easy ride into Nuremburg. Apartment is comfy, with everything that is needed--it took me a moment to realize that the kitchen was inside the second wardrobe. Having laundry facilities in the basement is fantastic, and I was able to take care of laundry and other needed work while there. It was all quite easy.

It felt slightly strange to have no reception at all, and I wish that the lobby (where you can choose a book to read or wait for a taxi) had the heat on: it was really chilly. Check-in was slightly confusing with the computer codes, but I was able to figure it out.

There is metro station just 30-40 steps from the hotel. So it's easy to reach both Fürth and Nürnberg. (App 15 min 8 stations to Nürnberg old city.

- Communication with the property was poor, you have to wait minutes to find someone in call center.- Furnitures and rooms are old, and there was nasty odor in my room. - Check -in and first entreance to the hotel is little tricky.

There was a bus stop right out front and an U bahn stop across the street. The bed was comfortable, nice fitten kitchen with fridge, a laundry room in the cellar.

Location. Parking. Price

No Aircon.

The location was great! Easy walk into the center city. We really like the fresh modern interior and the check in process was very easy. We will definitely be coming back here.

Cant really think of anything. Any questions we had were answered by the friendly staff.

Amazing helpline. Clean and nice room with kitchen I explored last day ?? great locality as well on underground U1.

All great

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the max. Aparthotel in Fürth! The central location is perfect for exploring the city, and the contactless concept ensures a high level of safety and convenience. Despite there being no reception, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the max. Aparthotel and look forward to returning in the future! The best: the gym! Everything you Need
