- The rooms and the common areas were too warm. The electric outlets are under the table in the room so it is necessary to crawl under the table to plug something in.
- The bathroom and the food , when I booked I didn’t realise it was a Kurhotel.
- The rooms are not clean, we had the room cleaned twice and still a lot of dust on the toilet, on the soap dispenser, sink and more. You pay for half pension more then it is worth for a buffet. Very hard beds with very very soft pillows. No balcony, room felt musty even with the window open 24/7. Staff speaks little to no English, they do try but you’d expect more from a 4 star hotel.

It was a really nice facility. The food was amazing and the staff super friendly. I would definitely come back.
