- The hotel did not meet our expectations. After traveling for many hours, we arrived to find that our room was still occupied and left in a dirty condition. The photos show the unpleasant surprise we encountered upon entering. Both breakfast and dinner were disappointing, with the buffet rarely being refilled and not worth the price charged. Additionally, the hotel is very old and poorly maintained.
- My wife was unable to book the massages she wanted, due there been no appointments available. More availability of massages would be helpful. Some of the reception staff were not friendly.

The decoration looks like from 20 Years Ago but in a good condition. The toilet is a bit small.The wifi was Not the best and i could not use it as I needed.
