Terribly dirty under the bed. When we went to bed reading and watching TV my husband and I could not stop sneezing and found the reason under the bed - tons of dust, like nobody ever cleaned it there.

Lovely place surrounded by greenery with amazing food and extremely friendly stuff.

Very good and comfortable hotel the right distance off the motorway to be local and quiet. Good restaurant and breakfast as well.

Overalll it was nice stay. Me personally would preffer a bit bigger veriety for breakfast as i like more than coffe/bakery in the morning - but for "europe brakfast" it was very good.Staff was very helpfull and overall stay was very good.

We did not choose the buffet served in the evening, but rather the à la carte, and the food was excellent. The staff who served us were friendly. Spacious rooms.

The location is only a few minutes from the highway. Nice options for the evening stroll. The room is nice and quiet, a good place for relax after a long drive. Tasty breakfast in a nice restaurant.

Everything and especially the kindness of the staff, the cleanness of the room, and the wonderful restaurant with both gorgeous dinner and breakfast.

We stayed here twice. From here you can explore the Luneburger Heide and be sure you get an amazing dinner in the end of a hiking day. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is perfect!There’s enough parking space for the guests.

Pillow and duvet too synthetic so felt like melting in bed.

They went the extra mile and stayed late when we hade some major issues with the traffic at Autobahn.

Good location even if you only pass by (less than five minutes from the highway). Nice neighbourhood, perfect for a stroll after dinner. Big and comfortable room, kind staff and tasty breakfast in the morning.

Good location close to the highway, ideal for a 1 night stay over on your way further. Breakfast buffet was fine and included in the very fair price for the room. With a room on a corner of a house it was possible to open windows at both sides and get some air circulation during a very hot night.

Rather noisy location between two local roads with disturbing traffic in the night time. We did stay a saturday night and there was an event close by so that could be the reason for extra ordinary activity.

It was bit difficult to find keybox & room during the night.

Very spacious room and huge comfortable bathroom. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Good parking. The hotel is close to the Lüneburger Heide and is a nice starting point of your day full of hiking and adventures :) 100% recommend!

The receptionist was very rude and seemed to be over stressed and when my wife said she did not speak German the reply was "you are in Germany now". That was a very bad introduction to otherwise nice hotel.
