Alpine Hotel

Amazing breakfast, clean hotel, location adjacent to the ski slope, go kart and Lüneburger Heide. Also the restaurant saved really tasty food.

Just my personal experience: the room on the 2nd and top floor of the hotel was extremely hot in summer and it was not easy to cool it down, probably due to the amazing insulation. But I guess this is not a bad problem to have :)

Hotel rooms are adjacent to the indoor skiing facility. Were actually very clean and comfy. Would stay again. Location was perfect for our trip.

There could be a better package plan for guests. They charged me the full amount to use Snow World. If there was a discount, I would stay longer.

We were visiting friends in Hamburg for the evening and travelling to Cologne so the hotel was on the way not too far so fitted what we were after. Late night check in was good with plenty of instructions made it easier. Room was fine, warm comfortable bed and great shower. Big parking area, just off autobahn but quiet.

Hotel is located in really nice with great area for kids to play - we loved it!! Really easy to find and close to main roads. Wooden hut was really comfortable with all needed essentials. Really good communication with the owner/staff - they were very helpful with friendly attitude :) definitely we will come back next time :)

Epic outdoor areas for kids! Great place to tire out a toddler before the next leg of a road trip. They even had a little welcome package for our dog!

Room was a little noisy as the cleaning crew had their supplies outside our room entrance, but good size and well equipped.

The Blockhouse was super. Very spacious, with seperate toilet and bath. There was a small porch with enough seating area for the family. Big living room with two sofas. The Hofbrauhaus was next to the hotel. The waiters were super friendly and the food was delicious. There is a hiking path directly behind the Resort.

Nothing. I knew it would be loud outside because of the Highway nearby but it wasn’t too bad at all.

Location

Quite small room, pretty hot during summer nights, and a bit noisy when the windows are open overnight.

Room was comfortable, quiet, and - with one exception - clean.

Carpet was very stained and overdue for a deep clean. Although this is not a review of the resort or the restaurant, these fall under surroundings and were below average. This is a hotel to spend a quick night in a good bed, nothing more.

Room had just what i needed for a comfortable stay. Asked to borrow a electric kettle and we got one. Would be nice if the rooms offered kettle coffee/ te option like other hotels.Dog friendly place.

room needs a slight update and paint work. Shower room wall right hand side at the bottom.cleaning staff need to refill Shower gel bottle in shower - was empty cleaning staff need to check for spider webs in the rooms - had take away a few from the bedrooms for the children

Close to motorway

Reception had closed. We were left keys but the room key was for a room that was occupied by another guest … finally got it sorted but bad experienceReally bad shower designSuper noisy hallways and loud guests arriving at 3 am No one available to complain to

Nice location, close to the highway. The cabin was spacious and very cozy. The restaurant had a nice variety. Jumping castles and playground for the kids, walking paths and Tesla (and other EV)charging stations on site.

We needed to be close to an event so selected this venue on that basis. Its location meant to we were able to get to our event before the crowds arrived. The restaurant adjascent to our Lodge had an excellent selection of food and drink.

The Lodge was very basic with small bedrooms, a toilet in one area and a shower in another area unconnected and the Lodge was in a car free zone so we had to walk and drag our loggage to and from the venue from a distant car park.

Right next to the A7, but quiet enough to not hear any traffic. Restaurant open until 21:00, clean and modern room. Very pet friendly, bowls and a midum size doggy bed are provided.

Log house was good in general.

Internet / WiFi didn‘t work during whole stay (2 nights) despite informing the hotel. No action was taken at all.

Its access to snowdome is exactly what we need. The cabin house is very comfortable. We love the fireplace to chill after exhausting ski day and they have everything we need for overnight. We gotta free wood for the fireplace.

Soundproof of the cabin, we can hear everything inside the cabin. But not like what the others said, we didn't hear much from the highway. The water flow in the shower was too slow. Our kids found two balloons from famous restaurant chain behind the couch. Well, it's off course fun for the kids, but it seems the cleaning wasn't proper.
