Abtei Hotel

Space was perfect in the rooms and had plenty of storage. We loved the roll down shades for darkness. Bar/restaurant was convenient and overall was a good value

The hallways were very loud. When people arrived later you can hear their roller bags/etc. Would be nice if there were rugs or some kind of sound dampening

The rooms were wonderful! The beds were comfortable, well maintained, and everything was pretty clean. The way each room was decorated and laid out also seemed well thought out. The little town is quiet and made for some nice views out the window. Also, free safe parking in the courtyard.

The lobby/bar downstairs did not smell very good.

I really enjoyed the steak in the restaurant and the room was really big which was surprising.

There was no dental kit as far as I could tell.

Location perfect as in village very close to motorway .Totally peaceful and room was pristine .The staff were all lovely.Bar / restaurant looked great and will eat there next time.

Breakfast is great and it's a quiet location. Evening meal in the restaurant is nice, and it is good value for money. The rooms are quite basic, but they are quiet and very comfortable. I always enjoy my stays at the Abtei Hotel

breakfast was fresh. but very poor choice and at 8 o'clock there was nothing to choose from.

The room was fine and the breakfast was good. The atmosphere and music in the Dining room were very pleasant. The location was excellent, right next to the bus stop and across the road from the Brauweiler Abbey.

There was a single bed, which was fine just for the one night. The food looked very good but the servings were very large so I had to settle for an entree, as I was told it was not possible to prepare a 'small' main course.

Need to remember that Germany is Christian country and hotel is a public place.Keep all Buddha statues in your private houses please

The breakfast was ok but it would have been nice with some muesli.

There was very little soap. Very small bottles that don't last long.There was very little toilet paper. The pillow was very big. Nice to read books on but more difficult to sleep with.

Loved this hotel! Welcoming staff, large clean comfortable room, seemed to be newly renovated. Free parking on site, beautiful biergarten and restaurant, and pet friendly. Delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Great breakfast with excellent service by Tomas who offered me to make me espresso when I asked for strong coffee. Tomas also called a taxi to take me to the nearby train station and even helped carry my suitcase to the taxi.
