This is a mixed review of two stays either side of a trip to Prague. The first stay the reception was friendly and informative. The second was indifferent and had we not known of the arrangements for the evening restaurant, we would have not known anything. The evening restaurant provided a buffet style dinner which was plentiful and good. Excellent value for money. The room on both occasions was clean but on the first night the bed was rock hard the second much better. On the first night I guess we were lucky as it was quiet but on the second clearly the sound insulation between rooms is not good and we could hear every word and tv from the adjoining room and above.Breakfast was also good on both occasions.Hotel is part of a larger chain and this is the second we’ve stayed in. To be fair good for the money you pay and very nice location.
Proved to be variable experience, luck of the draw with regards to staff and room.
Swimming pool in the garden
Weird flying insect in the room but that must have come in from the window at this time of the year
Outdoorsy and was well taken care off.
Breakfast room was full of flies and were landing in every utensil used to serve the food. That was the weakest link and shadowed the really good hotel.
Great location, lovely grounds and setting and facilities really good.
One staff member unfriendly - bit disappointing. The young lady on reception when we arrived though was very welcoming, the perfect hostess.
The breakfast and cleanliness and size of the rooms were excellent
the beds are very soft, the personnel was not very customer oriented.
Nice location. Decent breakfast.
Bad room climate: Room needs a thorough dusting - problematic for people with dust allergy, uncomfortable even for me w/o allergies.Mattress was very soft, pillows uncomfortable.Loud noises from some machine at 7:30 am for some time. With horses on site, flies abound, so be aware when opening windows.
Clean large room with a nice view. Very quiet. Comfy beds and a good range of things for breakfast.
We enjoied the free sauna, available for hotel guests, from 15:00 to 21:00. Best to reserve the timeslot that you would prefer, to avoid to share with another large group of guests. We also appreciated dinner, served at the buffet. You need to be there before 20:00, as the kitchen is otherwise closed. Cost for dinner is less than 20 euro per person, while buffet breakfast, also tasty and abundant, is less than 13 euro per person.Parking the car costs 2 euro per night. The personnel, both at the reception and at the restaurant, was very kind and spoke good English.Very clean room and comfortable beds
One night stay chosen here due to proximity to the highway. I did not expect much but rooms were large and comfortable. Soft mattress and good quality linen and a good wi-fi. Good breakfast (with some local specialities). Very friendly staff spoke good English. Parking available and pretty much fee (2 Euro per night?) right at the entrance. Good value for money.
The restaurant/bar closes early (21.30?). Coffee at breakfast could be better (tasted like instant coffee).
The location is nice and quiet in green settings, still near the A9 and on the outside a beautiful building but unfortunately this is all.
Unfriendly welcome in reception when we had pre-paid and she insisted we hadn't for a very long time before turning to colleagues for help. The parking cost money eventhough it is just in an open space outside the hotel. There is no complementary water and the rooms are old, worn and does not come across as very clean. The beds are not comfortable, hard but somehow you still end up in a hole. There is only buffet in the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast has a lot of options but unfortunately not very nice ones.
nוce from outside
full of flyes and bugs, we ciuldnt sleep. they was all around. it was Terrible and disgusting.
Spacious, clean, natural surroundings, good parking and good breakfast.
Some staff could’t speak or understood English; some staff need to smile with guests.
Rooms and location was good
The price and quality of the food ......overpriced
Really Nice place. Clean rooms. Good Breakfast.
The hotel' staff was really unfriendly . They do not speak english it was very hard to communicate with them .It was clear that they did not welcome us because we came from Hungary. At the sencond evening they do not want to give our room key back when we returned to the hotel, because they thought we just came from the street or someting else .....that was really degrading for us.
Location, beautiful surroundings ( horse stud). Helpful staff, kids playroom, good breakfast.
Lack of hairdryer.
