    Pros +

    • Great bed, over-the-top breakfast. I'm plant-based, and I did find a few great things to eat, though it was all the incredible meats that everyone else was really enjoying. This place is beautiful and deeply peaceful. I was so ready for a place to stay in the country where parking was no problem. It was fun to stay in an old manor house with property, huge trees, ancient barns, and two little tables on the porch out front to sit at and enjoy the beautiful grounds. Plus you could put your feet up on the two lounges in the backyard overlooking an old pond. Super clean, modern bathroom for such an old place.
    • Passable
    • Beautiful countryside hotel with very friendly staff. The family room had two comfortable bedrooms, a small hallway and a bathroom which provided plenty of space for a family of four. Very nice breakfast.

    Cons -

    • One thing could have been better: my husband and I tripped on the step-up that ran the length of the room halfway to the window. It was crazy: even after we put things on the ground along the edge of the step to warn us, we still tripped hard on it! (I know--personal problem! But seriously, the pattern of the floor was such that the step up was invisible.) This room was the otherwise awesome bedroom upstairs above the entrance door.
    • the single room urgently needs to invest in a new mattressnot really sympatric to tell customers that a roll taken is strictly forbidden
    • Everything was very nice, but it is good to know there's no restaurant at the property. There are a few restaurants to choose between in a town about 10km away and the hotel provided a list with their addresses.

This wonderful privately run old manor house, now a Hotel, in the middle of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania is just awesone. I love what the owners, an elderly very nice couple (and their dog) made out of it, their eye for detail and the history of the place. Although it is pretty remote, though the highway A20 is not far away, which gives pretty quick access to more busy places, it is for sure worth staying there, to find solitude.

The staff was very helpful and communicative, and gave perfect instructions and advice as I was running late for reception working hours. The mansion looks and feels very authentic, the bed was very comfy, actually one of the best.

Beautiful couple-run B&B in the Eastern countryside of Germany.

the location is wonderful, the room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious and the owners are very nice people.

the mattress was very, very soft and therefore rather uncomfortable. There are unfortunately no restaurants close by, but the golf club in the next town serves wonderful food.

I had a wonderful and friendly welcome by the owner. The house is beautifully restored and one can see what attention to detail was performed! The room was simple but super comfortable and had everything one needs including a gorgeous view over the side garden! But the heartfelt friendliness of the owners is what gives this place the extra something. I would definitely recommend and I will be back.

    All was great
