The restaurant was very good

It was loud and very late loud. The room was in bad repair. The bed was torn and brown, rusted toilet, and walls not clean. The parking was hard to get we had to drive around a few times before someone left. Staff was very rude and unhelpful!

My rental car broke down, had to stay the night somewhere and this hotel was the closest place with wheelchair access. Not only was I blown away by this establishments charm and breath taking view, the people were amazing! The food OMG the food so good!! However my experience went past room and food. Marc (Chef), literally rescued my Dad and I. We were stranded without a car, did not speak German and needed to get back to Amsterdam to make our flight. Marc spoke English/German, understood my situation and did not hesitate to help me. He spoke to everyone on the phone for me and coordinated everything. Within about 2-3 hours, I had a car again. All thanks to Marc, and the help of his family, the wonderful staff and guests.

I did not like that the rental car broke down.

Located not far from the motorway which was important to us as this was a travelling stop.The room was spacious and clean.Breakfast was good.

Very busy when we arrived (approximately 6pm) causing a wait to check in.Limited parking area.

Breakfast was very nice.The room was well arranged for a family of 4 with a nice view.

We arrived fairly late so tea and coffee making facilities in the room would've been nice but no big deal.

Nice room with a good view from the terrace. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant with a elaborate menu and excellent food.

Bathroom was amazing, breakfast was excellent. Sofa bed was a double decker which I had never seen before, my toddler loved it.

Shower could use a little maintenance to keep the head from spraying the entire bathroom when in use. They could be more on top of their admin as I had already paid, but on check out they wanted me to pay again.

We loved the location, great food and people looked after us superbly. Coming to stay again when possible.

Kitchen closed because we were later however staff prepared for us improvised dinner. Very helpfull.

This hotel is a gem. Excellent location between two autobahn exits yet quiet in a rural village, excellent decoration, nice rooms (some very large), easy parking, lovely restaurant and good breakfast. A very welcome change from chain hotels, most pleasant.

Towels could be softer, but the only opportunity for improvement I can suggest. Otherwise, really nice place.
