- The shower cabine was a bit leaking. There was a small incident in the restaurant (my wife ordered fish and they gave her turkey… but it was still ok and they were very nice about it (proposed to change immediately))
- There is a small kitchen hidden in the closet with electric stove in the room but no kitchen utensils, no dishes, no kettle
- The staff was very unforgiving at the front desk when I asked if I could check in early, even just to drop my bags off so we could start using the sauna early. Also, there was no warning or prompt to book the spa treatment before I arrived. When I asked at the desk they were full for the next 2 days. I assume there were some saved spots with booking a room but there were none. Disappointing when you book a spa resort and they can't see you for a spa treatment.

It seems they don't usually host guests from abroad. Most of the hotel staff don't speak English.
Loved the location. Staff were excellent. I arrived 2 hours early and was able to check in straight away. It is a beautiful location and felt able to relax immediately.
I had the full board option. The evening meal was the 5 course menu which was pretty good. However, the lunch buffet I felt was not very appetising so went for the A la carte menu which was delicious. Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't try.
Big, nice and very clean hotel. The room had a big balcony with an amazing view to the forest. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were very good. The staff, especially the one at the restaurant, were very friendly.
The building is old and you can hear almost everything what is happening in the rooms next to your room. The only reason I didn´t give a 10 to the hotel
