- Shower ran hot cold. No water pressure. Shower not clean. Soap dispensers not working.
- And although the breakfast was excellent, the staff had some difficulty because there were a lot of people at once.Maybe that's because of the extra service they have to provide at the tables. For me, they should leave out the extra, separately ordered Capucino and similar special drinks and, like other hotels, only serve coffee at breakfast. In my opinion, this could be so relieving that every customer can receive the attention they deserve.In my opinion, breakfast is an essential part of the hotel experience. This experience alone is a reason for me to give a hotel a good or excellent rating.

The spa and the proximity of the golf

Nice continental breakfast, however boring bread sortiment. Wonderful area with golf court close to the hotel. Huge pool with nice pool area. Boring reception area. Missed a more welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful clean room with large very clean bathroom.
Missed air condition in the room. We didn't pay attention to the fact that it wasn't available at all. But the borrowed fan made a huge very nice difference for us.
Food was excellent. Beds were very comfy
Room was too perfumery upon entry. People next door were smoking for hours and the smoke came right into our open door. We had to close the door and window and it was VERY HOT.
Great facilities, spaceful room, good restaurant with nice suggestions for both adults & kids.
The reception, spa area and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Great spa area was great, with indoor and outdoor pools, two saunas and beautiful view onto the gold course. Room was spacious.
It would have been good to have at least a ventilator in the room.
Rooms were too hot. Thermostat would go below 16.
