Pros +
- Wonderful location with lake views. Excellent buffet breakfast.
- Lovelly settings by the water. Excellent food, both dinner and the breakfast. Great place to stay.
- A very beautiful location right on the lake shore, a nicely renovated and well-maintained building at first glance. The very kind manager (owner?), an older gentleman who was one of the few who spoke English, always helped us with everything when needed.
Cons -
- It was a pity that we were not aware when we booked that the restaurant was closed on the night that we were staying, but we found an alternative nearby which was a short drive away.
- The hotel staff was not very professional for a 4-star hotel. Almost none of them spoke even the most basic English. The restaurant menu was only in German (the waiter "advised" us to translate it using a mobile translator), and the prices in the restaurant were higher. During the meal, there was a problem with undercooked chicken. I think the chef should have come to resolve the situation, instead it was handled very unprofessionally by the waitress.Room: The glass doors to the bathroom are a very bad idea. At night, either you go to the toilet in the dark or you turn on the light in the rest of the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your patience and kindness, especially with our language barrier. The breakfast and views were excellent.
