We had a great night's sleep here in really comfy beds. Nice breakfast too.

No bar, no restaurant. Indifferent WiFi

A little oldfashioned, but that's ok. Very quiet, and a good nights sleep. Just remember to adjust heating yourself. Friendly staff and guests. Parking just outside. Breakfast as expected.

This place was better than expected from other reviews. English was spoken by the man in reception and also the young woman at breakfast. Breakfast was good. The television in our room had channels in English, French and Spanish as well as German. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. The place is an older building, with interesting old items, and even though there was a family with young children near us we heard no sounds from other rooms. The room was larger than expected.

As others have said, the wifi was almost non existent. Fortunately we had our own.

Amazing beds - and extraordinary good breakfast

Our room on the ground floor was literally in between two breakfast areas, an exterior and the interior. Luckily we were up early and the exterior wasn’t in use. The room was a bit smelly but clean enough. It seems there is a mould issue somewhere in the ground floor However, most rooms are upstairs, so recommend trying those.

We were given a bedroom for 2, no extra bed was provided for our 3 year old who had to sleep with us. Also, communication is very difficult, as nobody speaks English.

Very quiet place, easy to park, warm room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very nice staff.

The room was quiet and cold, perfect for after a hot summer day in the car. The owner was friendly and the breakfast was amazing and cheap.

The hotel didn't offer any dinner so we had to take the car to the nearby village but it was ok.

From the description of the room, I expected a little private terrace or at least direct access to the common terrace, so that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The location. No restaurant operating at the hotel, and the next restaurant was not on walking distance (some kilometers away)

Typical German style. Large room with a small kitchen. Very quiet surroundings in the countryside. Nice breakfast.

Due to Covid restrictions, the kitchen was closed in the evening.

Very friendly owners, nice reception, easygoing. I got the room on the ground floor, with separate access from the outside, to facilitate the stay with the dog. Room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast is served in a big eating area, very good choice of serving, everything fresh and tasty.

There is really poor, to non existent mobile reception at the place, also no WiFi, so be prepared for the disconnected stay, but with choice of German tv channels.
