Pros +
- Breakfast was ready and waiting for us in the morning and was delicious with a great variety. The room was recently renovated and the workmanship was exceptional. We enjoyed the modern, comfortable vibe in the room. The hotel is located right by the water, making it a very scenic location.

- The rooms were new, but some pure basics were missing, like coat hangers, simple ones, like on the wall. We used two rooms, next to each other, and the bathroom in one had ventilation, and one no. I don't understand why not. Rooms have no AC, but at least I would suggest that they put a net against mosquitos on the windows. So that you can have an open window in the summer night.
- Noise from an unknown facility on the back of the hotel could be heard all night. It also got very warm and the blankets were too thick for such temperatures. The rooms are directly next to a rentable party room, though this was not in use during our stay.

The location is nice, and small, with only a couple of rooms in a family-owned hotel. It is located in Lake Chiemsee Marina. Breakfast was nice. Rooms are new, so it seemed. There is a possibility to have dinner as well in the restaurant, with a view of the marina and lake.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Location near the harbour and lake, near a swimming area which was convenient for a morning swim. Town centre is in walking distance. Parking included.
