1. The check-in process was easy. Code was sent before hand and this was very helpful during the late check-in caused by train delay.2. The staff on the 5th floor was very kind. She handed over the breakfast box.3. Breakfast box has lots of stuff in it and is very filling.4. Rooms are spacious for business travel and clean. 5. Public transport is right opposite to the hotel.6. The team on helpline is also responsive and clear with communication.

A nicely located hotel with clean and lean facilities.The large studio was very comfortable, with the right size and cleanliness.Nice breakfast taken to the room every morning, which although was limiting the choice, it was vast enough and met the expectations.

Although code for access was provided on time and worked extremely well, both to the building and to the room, it is a funny feeling to have no contact at all with any staff personnel.Same applies to the lounge and cafeteria area, both were very nice and appealing, but having no personnel makes it a bit cold.

Good price according to location and facilities. New furniture and free coffee and tee.Good W-Lan connection.

The eco-policy makes the rooms not to be clean during three days, which is fine but it would be good to know in advance. Same for the breakfast. The breakfast pack is really good but you do not choose what you take, which means it could be not a good option for vegetarian/vegan or people with allergies. Still, I think you can inform in advance. The no-person check-in did not work for me, which makes it a bit annoying in case you have this kind of issue. Again, it was easily solved by phone, but of course could be better.I would have appreciated better ameneties in a premium room, not only standard hair and body soap.

Modern, clean and good location

No check in process was new to me. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the lounge and the coffee machine. Concept of just a room is forward thinking. VERY close to restaurants, retail and grocery stores.

My room faced a parking lot which a few times turned into party central until at least 2:00 in the morning. So keeping a window open means sucking up a noise factor. Forward facing windows also have a lot of street noise M-TH mornings. Area had a heat wave and the room was hot! Received an oscillating fan finally on the second day.

Hotel was very nice. Large rooms, very comfortable beds. Easy to find and to « check in ». Large breakfast box delivered to your room. Free coffee on the first floor.

One of the two rooms had a bit of a smell (did someone smoke in it) when we arrived. The smell was gone after we returned from dinner and had left the windows open. The breakfast box was plentiful and very good (croissant, bred, ham, cheese, yoghurt, vegetables, grapes, chocolate spread, butter, marmalade, etc.), but we didn’t need, nor want, nor ate most of it. I fear most of it will go into the waste bin.

Clean and spacious room in a very good location. Check in process was very easy.

Over a great stay, the breakfast was a lot so you barley needed lunch after. The room was fine, the only I thing that would have made it better would have been an AC or ventilator as it got quite warm in there.

There was some construction going on, which made it had to sleep past 6 am.

The location, there was no booking in and it was easy to get into the hotel and room. The room was new and clean.

In the Booking page it was not clearly indicated that it is a “no staff hotel”, which is absolutely fine to me but it should be clear as other people may need the help of the reception for the check in

There was a noticeable smell of cigarettes coming from the hallway, likely from previous use

The only negative was the building work going on next door.The noise from the drills and hammers came straight into the room which.made it impossible to stay on and get any rest during the day.

Great location (close to trade show), easycheck-in/check-out, stylish design and comfy beds.

Parking (not enough spots).

Very happy with the venue, having no staff there was a worry but everything worked like a dream. Comfy bed, comfy reception room and great for free coffee and tea
