    Pros +

    • staff and kitchen
    • No respect for visitors comfort
    • Exceptionally warm and welcoming staff, clean although relatively small room, great to have the restaurant downstairs who might be able to cook custom meals for you. A variety of complementary items were readily offered. There is a great park within one block with at least three playgrounds, and an opportunity to take leisurely walks. Will absolutely come to stay with Vinko again at the next opportunity.

    Cons -

    • location and cleanliness of room
    • The room was pretty cold once arrived there around 18:00. The radiators were on setting 3 and barely generated any heat. I was hoping that pushing the thermostats on maximum level would help heat the room until I went to sleep and it did slowly raise the room temperature, until some point when I believe the hotel heating unit had a time setting made by the hotel to save money and starting around 21:00-22:00 it reduced its heating output so that the radiators were barely warm on 1/4 of their surface. Went to sleep and I woke up early in the morning in a cold room, I guess around 18 degrees Celsius or so. Stay away from this hotel in the cold season. I was there in mid December. So unless the hotel decides meanwhile to respect his visitors and their comfort, choose another one instead.
    • It may be difficult to get a hold of the hotel staff at times. On one day, a fellow traveler kept ringing the doorbell and knocking around 1 PM with nobody to let him in. On a different day, a delivery truck driver could not get in with a loaded cart. Also, when we had to check out, in the morning, there was nobody available, so we had to drop off the key and leave. It is an understandably small operation, but it may lead to somewhat difficult situations. Already mentioned, the room was fairly small, and there were no drawers to lay out the clothes: not a big deal, but would be handier with the chest of drawers. And while there was a bar and a liquor cart with a variety of bottles, the only two things were on offer: the (ubiquitous) Aperol spritz and gin-tonic.

Nice fresh and clean fragrance throughout the rooms, clean and spacious room.Outside convenient parking

The wifi wasn’t available(was told temporarily)only WLAN which wasn’t a good signal so we couldn’t have internet connection.
