Sunny Hotel Straubing

Low cost, quiet and clean accommodation in the suburb of the Straubing. Self check in OK, in 2 minutes. Everything corresponds wits description. Very good price.

The chalet is really small. Bed is comfortable but it could be larger.

Comfortable, clean, close to the highway and has 2 chargers for EV vehicles.

There is no staff as it is self check in and the check in / reception was a bit hard to during the night, when we came to the parking lot.

We arrived to Hotel after driving 700 km, we could not check in because hotel made error in reservation, room was booked and paid in advance and confirmed by the Hotel.Upon arrival our room was not avaiable, Hotel's stuff were rood and unhelpfull.

Ease of check-in. Rooms were very neat. Air-conditioning and heating worked perfectly.

Pleasant

It was really cold when we came into apartment . It would be really good if someone heated the place before our arrival. However taking into account that we made reservation in the last moment, it was probably not possible. It took couple of hours to heat the place up.

Everything was great.. great coffee and delicious croissants early in the morning.

the dead mosquitoes on the walls

The location next to a farm with donkeys and chickens was great for the kids.

The contactless check-in is a great idea, but when the machine isn’t dispensing room keys and there is no one to fix it, it is very frustrating. Our room didn’t have any bath towels. Also, we were in a garden chalet and when we got there in the evening it was freezing because no heat was on. There were also multiple flies in the room.

Superclean with airco and very nice bed! We were on our way to croatia from the NL. So decided to stay over for a night! This was perfect for this!! Really appreciate the free chocolatebread that we received in the morning! They were so lovely! Very fast and easy automatically check in. We Booked here twice!! Really recommend it

Nice beds, coffee maker and airco.

Cleaning was done sloppy. Two frozen pizza's (still in the box) were lying on the cupboards. Beer bottle behind curtain and one cushion forgotten to cover with pillow over.

Well described access - no issues, despite unmanned process. Nice feature that the electric charging was complimentary!

no problems

Cozy and well-appointed rooms. Great outdoor space and quiet.

Just convenient location and quiet

When arrived room smelled really badly, nobody has opened the windows before our arrival. It smelled kinda like a soaked dog and we couldn't open the windows as well cause there was pouring down rain when we arrived. Couch dirty so kids couldn't sit to watch tv, shower floor dirty so we couldn't shower. Room too small for family of 4, probably good for uni students like hostel but not for family.

Everything was great. Easy chek in. All good, i will come back.

The cleaner, knocking on the door before time for chek out, maybe thats normal, but i was tired, and I like to sleep. Only that.

Lovely room, loved the self check in.We had complimentary coffee and croissants.Very comfortable stay

Other customers were quite noisy

Clean rooms, we only travelled through Germany and needed one night stay, this was perfect as they have an electric charger and it worked well

Too hot in the room and the AC wasn’t working

Pleasant

the garbage was not thrown away, and it was very warm inside. the air conditioner did not cool down at all. the rooms and the living room are very cramped.

The check-in and check-out process is automatic, so we didn't have an issue with arriving late. We didn't meet any of the staff, so cannot leave feedback for that, but were pretty impressed with the automation. The room was big enough, had good and clean linen and we even had a door opening to the garden, which was really nice.

The bathroom was humid and smelly, also could use a bit more cleaning (there was hair in the shower).

Very clean, attractive price. Perfect place when you just pass by and want to find a place to day. The staff was great. I lost my jacket after check out. Still it was found by the staff and sent to my home address. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful and quiet location.Coffee or tea free to take for the road.

We had some trouble checking in, as there were no more card keys in the machine. Then we had 2 beds even though we asked to add a third bed, but the staff handled it graciously and offered a 3 person apartment. Very kind and helpful so actually they deserve a 10/10.

easy booking, electronic access

It is far from the highway
