A nice, friendly, quiet place for a weekend break.The gardens and the surrounding area were good places for walks.
It would be good to have more spa facilities open during the middle of the day. The main sauna/hammam area was closed until the middle of the afternoon.

A comfortable traditional-style hotel with reasonable room rates, beautiful grounds and an excellent restaurant.
The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. Although we did not have a reservation for the restaurant when we arrived and the restaurant was fully booked, the owner told us it would be no problem to have dinner. The dinner was delightful and fairly priced. The restaurant is very popular. We had a lot of choice for our breakfast and it was served in a nice and friendly setting.We only stayed for 3 nights in order to visit Strasbourg and the Hornisgrinde area but also used the opportunity to make a great walk to the Staufenberg castle. In retrospect, we could have stayed some more days to discover the surrounding region. Parking spots were plentiful.
Amazing place. Very calm with amazing nature and delicious breakfast. The staff was so friendly and we cannot wait to come back!
