Location was great. Felt more like an B&B. Loved that there was parking. Good value.

Didn’t know how to communicate with owner should you need something after hours. Water would be nice in the room.

Air conditioning doesn't work well. . Outside motors heard throughout the night. Poor Breakfast

Overall ok for one night business trip.

They only speak Italian which makes it a bit difficult

The place is very clean and well mantainted..signiora Rita is soo sweet and friendlyso is her son and the staff in the morning for breakfast Was drcorated for the festive season soo sweetly..location was good in on quiet road .centre not far away by car about 15 mins..had a beautiful mountain/garden view

The hoast was really kind and prone to help us. A nice place,close to the village and the castle.

Really close to the railway, but there is really not much traffic. At least not at night. The heating in the room was not for us to set. Not just the temperature, we could't neether put it on. So i managed to make work a portable clima that was sitting in the room and which had a sign do not touch. But at least, we slept in a warm room...

Nice clean rooms and top notch cleaning every where. Parking in front of the room. All necessary items present.

Breakfast was average with everything bought from market. Must add some cooked dishes like omlete or boiled eggs with some hot dishes. Juices and cakes were average quality. Staff couldnot speak english. Airconditioners keep on tripping and everynight 2-3 times. Management should improve the AC system

outside the city.

I booked this hotel for the restaurant that was listed as on site. The restaurant was no longer in operation. In Italy dinner doesn’t start till 7:30pm and we didn’t want to drive to a restaurant and then back to the hotel.

This is a beautiful property. We stayed here in 2018 and loved it. We were very disappointed that the wonderful restaurant is not open, since Covid. This really impacted how long we stayed there. (Only two nights, when we could have stayed 10 nights.)

very clean, quiet location minutes from town center. our host was very welcoming and treated us like family.

Took a bit of time to find due to navigation aid.

We liked everything about our stay at Il Fortino: staff, room, proximity to the center and to monte Velino.

We didn't like the fact that the AC was not working in our room and it was very hot during our first night. The second night the owners gave us a fan and we slept well. They are very sweet and made our stay very pleasant.
