Park Hotel Tskaltubo - Balneo Resort

Great location, friendly stuff, outside area beautifully landscaped, plenty places to relax in a shadow with comfortable furniture.

Hotel with lovely staff and excellent location. At arrival, they offered a room upgrade free of charge. Room was big, clean and well-equipped. There are installed window net as well.

The hotel location, staff and surrounded garden and rehabilitation facilities are astonishing.

I booked half board, breakfast was adequate. However lunch is served from 2-4 pm while not enough supplies and no refill, I ended up with Salad bar only for three consecutive days. The staff are polite, accommodating customers pressure and working hard but the issue is no food supplies from the kitchen. Management is not taking the issue seriously when highlighted to them.

Beautiful location in Tskaltubo. Spacious rooms, tasty lunch, and breakfast included in the price. Parking is available as well. Helpful staff. Beautiful Parkside setting.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and everything was well-maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy my trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tskaltubo and will definitely stay here again!

Dull town. Needs more cafes and organized tours to Kutaisi, Promethius cave, Martvili canyon

It was written that the property has it's own parking and electric car charging station but it was not real. Also the Spa center "Be healthy" is opposite of the road and is available for any visitor outside of hotel too.

Very comfortabel bed. Good shower. Very well working AC. Hygiëne. Nice bar in the lobby.

Breakfast was not good. Was outside at restaurant Magnolia, where i had contracted a few nights earlier food poisening. Not happy about that...

The smell of the hell, the smell of the sewage. Poor breakfast. წყალტუბოში როცა ჩამოვდიოდი ერთ-ერთი საუკეთესო სასტუმრო იყო ეს, მაგრამ ესეც გააბანძეს. 2 ოთახი გამოვიცვალეთ 227 და 229 ყარდა საშინლად, გულისამრევად კანალიზაციის სუნად და არაფერი არ შველოდა. ცალკე საუზმეზე უნდა ემათხოვრო რომ როგორმე საჭმელი გამოაჩინონ და დაამატონ.

Air conditioning is not designed well …. No Air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms… had to sleep in the living room on the couch !!

Everything and everyone except the management

As we came tired driving from Tbilisi to the caves and arriving to the hotel, the hotel refused to open the hotel gates for the car to drive in to drop us with our luggage. The Receptionist apologised for the Manager's decision and the Manager or Supervisor or someone form the office came out of the office to the reception with not a pleasant nor hospitable face look. This is truly not appreciated and perhaps hospitality with business management and customer relations training maybe required for that person. I will for sure never go back to this hotel :-( ☹️

The room was clean and all facilities are new.

Breakfast begins only at 9:00, but it was very rich and suitable also for vegeterians. The room is a little small.

Queen sized bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was small and our room had no window view. Also there was some kind of smell in the room and some spots on the walls

Location - it’s in the middle of central park, very friendly staff, affordable spa and balneo procedures. Very good restaurant in the garden of the hotel.

The restaurant and spa are actually not in the property, you have to go there. But the main problem is packs of homeless dogs. They are everywhere! I got got bitten, spent my “holiday” at the emergency and paid the value of staying in a hotel for vaccinations and had to get back to Tbilisi to visit doctors. Rooms are not clean. There were stains on linens and bugs! My room faced the restaurant entrance and I heard all the late night parties.

ოთახში გვქონდა ჩაიდანი, ჭიქები, თუმცა ჩაი და ყავა არ შედიოდა. გამუდმებით შემოდიოდა ბურღის ხმა ეზოდან.ვფიქრობ, იმ ფასად რაც გადავიხადეთ, უკეთესი სასტუმროს მოძებნა შეიძლებოდა.

Best experience of service I had in Georgia. Staff was very friendly and careful. Breakfast and lunch were good. Cleaning of room was provided every day.
