    Pros +

    • Staff at the reception was really helpful and hospitable. I asked them for a bottle opener for vine, and couple of forks, and they helped without a question. The room was clean, bed mattress was comfortable.
    • The location and facilities (swimming pool)
    • Outside sitting area with pool table , big Tv , comfortable chairs .

    Cons -

    • It pretends to be fancy, but everything made from the cheapest materials and as a result - lots of little tiny , but very annoying, damages (like broken skirtings, cabinets doors , shower etc)
    • Misleading boat tour for 20 L promising to see 25000 years old bear cave as it was written on a sign next to the boat. The boat man didn’t say a word during our 15vmin ride or pointed to a direction where that cave was. Not worth the money.
    • The breakfast was disappointing - the products seemed low quality and carelessly chosen. The juice was especially terrible 10/5

Nice, warm and clean, good option in winter when other guest houses might get cold. Sauna on request.

Sauna area is not too nice, at the end of a cold hallway in the basement. No rest area

The location is perfect if you want to visit the abandoned spas. The value for is the staff who have been very helpful & informative. Especially Morge “Gela” who is very knowledgeable about everything in Georgia. The owners of this Hotel should be proud to have him & the staff.

The only downside was the problem with the hot water which for some reason was not enough hot.

    Clean, new, well kept, spacious.

Not a bad location. There is a swimming pool and a great Jacuzzi. The room is clean, the view from the balcony is not bad

Breakfast is not exciting, just normal. It's a bit noisy - we got to the date when something was celebrated on the ground floor. It didn't hurt much, but it's worth considering such a moment. There was no cleaning in the room, but maybe the fact is that I stayed for two nights

    5CecilehPosted on: 8-31-2024

Right at the Prometheus Cave, which was the reason we booked it.

Our room was on the ground floor at the pool, people could swim until midnight, so it was a bit noisy.

The property is clean and the environment is superb . We got assistance from the reception team and they were very cooperative and helpful

Nice pool, good food (limited sortiment), nice rooms, fantastic location

They rent the pool for locals, so there where a whole group of 25 boys between 10-14. They made noise in the pool all day. Pizza oven didn't work at all. They don't ahve half of the menu on the menucard

Staff was so friendly , security Mishiko was so so helpful ??. Also location is great and we loved the pool facilities ??

I would suggest to improve breakfast and offer more options , especially sweet corner , would be nice to have waffles or pancakes

Amazing hotel with pure swimming food, perfect wellness, delicious food (one of the best during my stay in Georgia) and very attentive staff. Small benefit was that it is very close to Prometheus cave and Tchalkubo. If there will be an opportunity I would return for sure.

I don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t have even higher evaluation because it really deserves full 4 star rating.

The hotel is located in a quite place next to the exit of Prometheus cave. The area is generally very quite. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded at all, sunbeds were always available. The rooms were spacious and clean. Reception and restaurant staff are very helpful and professional. Balconies were very nice to enjoy evenings. Parking was free and available.

Both rooms had mini fridges and both of them were leaking water, had to call reception to clean up. There is no phones in the room so if you need to reach reception you either need to go downstairs or use your own mobile phone. Saunas were mostly not available during our stay (switched off). The staff at the pool bar are always on their phones and were rather impolite.

The big pool, surrounded by beautiful nature. Good iced coffee and homemmade lemonade.

There is a sewage/drainage smell all over, even in the bathroom of the room. They need to take better care of this issue as the smell is horrible. Breakfast is very very basic, we ate only boiled eggs. The bread seems old and hard to eat. The food at the restaurant wasn’t good, i ordered a grilled vegetables plate it came stir fried with a lot of oil and some brown sauce that I couldnt guess, I also ordered the veal steak in cream sauce which i didnt eat one bite from. My husband ordered the chicken wrap and found hair inside. Towels given to us were either stained or had hair on them. The hotel is dog friendly but not allowed in the pool.

Excellent escape from the busy city, service and staff was amazing. Pool was great, and opening hours was quite long so after the sightseeing when we came late we still could enjoy swimming. Also quite a few attractions around but you definitely need a car.

Great pool and sauna, location right next to Prometheus Cave, good breakfast

    8IngaPosted on: 6-20-2024

Quite new hotel with a relaxing pool open late in evening. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Safe parking.

We woukd be glad at least read about the tourist atractions nearby- some advice about visits, working hours etc. Staff knowledgw of english was not enough to get the answers.

Spacious and clean room with a balcony, very helpful staff and good food (dinner and breakfast). We used the Turkish sauna, could not make the other one work. The pool seemed decent too but we didn't use it.

The dry sauna did not work or was not turned on and we could not use it.
