The view is amazing and the room is nice and warm. The sauna was amazing! The hosts was very reachable and available.

Dinner was not good, it’s better to eat nearby and than go to the hotel, breakfast on the other hand was great. The location is not that comfortable, very isolated.

The pool could have been more warm - it's quite chilly now. The floor in the bathroom also needs some heating like the floor in the room.

First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the incredible work of the entire hotel staff. Everyone was wonderful and genuinely tried to help us. However, there were a few things during our stay that made us reconsider staying in the hotel.

The first issue we encountered was the green bug invasion. We were informed that it was the season for these insects, but we were not warned about just how many there would be. At one point, there were around 40 bugs in our room, and we spent some time taking them out. I understand that these things happen, but perhaps offering a discount on the accommodation would have been a kind gesture. The next morning, the rooftop was covered in dead insects.Secondly, the water pressure in our room was very weak, and the temperature was barely warm. Taking a morning shower was, to say the least, quite invigorating. The air conditioner also had an unpleasant smell, so we opted not to use it, even though it was a bit chilly and the aircon is only thing that can warm the room.There were many small details that were somewhat distracting – outdoor fire pit with no firewood, one coffee capsule and one tea for two people in the room,Two pans of shakshuka for three person at the breakfast. Awkward outdoor shower were you need to showering in full view of people heading to the kitchen for dinner. I wouldn’t normally mention these details, but considering the nightly rate which is quite expensive, it feels important to highlight.As for the food, everything was incredibly delicious and homey, but it seemed like one person was doing all the cooking for all the guests, which felt like too much for one person to handle. Considering the price we paid, one could book a room at the Kvareli Spa Hotel for the same amount, but with it, you get a more modern service, free from bugs, and the chance to truly relax in nature without dealing with these issues. That said, I don’t want to end on a negative note – the location was truly beautiful, the people were kind, and the sauna was wonderful.

More variety in breakfast

We liked the wonderful and helpful owner, nice views on the valley, very clean and pleasant interiors and also nice smell inside the houses. The room has everything you need from bathrobes and toiletries to rubber slippers for the pool (very handy). Coffee machines and coffee and tea capsules in every room were nice, too (the coffee is okay, the tea isn't tasty). Sauna is another pleasant asset, it's a pity it only works in the evening. Very tasty shakshuka for breakfast.

The most distressing thing about our stay was the wasps, there was a LOT of them and they bothered us everywhere outside our rooms. My friend got stung in the foot by a wasp and it ruined the second half of our stay. Coffee machines in the rooms leak and spill coffee all around the machine. There is only tropical shower option and the water pressure is super weak. The swimming pool is tiny, especially for such a luxurious hotel and you cannot swim in it. The meals are a bit of a disappointment, very simple, we didn't feel that the cost matches the result. Dinner included cucumber-tomato salad, fish, chicken and pork barbecue, a small portion of potatoes for 4 people, bread, pickles and one type of Georgian cheese (it was described as cheese plate in the menu, but in reality it's just one very salty cheese that you cannot eat much). Breakfast was very modest - shakshuka, bread, stale salty cheese from the day before, orange juice, watermelon, tasteless melon and a couple of jams. I include the photo of the dinner that we were going to have outdoors with beautiful views but couldn't. A few seconds later after I took this photo, a swarm of wasps started attacking us and we had to hurry and move the whole table inside.

Cozy and nice place. Nice pool. Very good design of the place. Cats also contributed to the experience.

Food could be more diverse.

I loved everything about the hotel: location, stuff, facilities, view, cats! Room is well equipped with everything you need. The roof top is one of the best view and dinner spots if you want. Once you come here, you'll definitely want to come back! Lovely place, I'd highly recommend it!

Nothing. The place much more of my expectations

The cottages are like new, very modern and good looking. Pool and rooftop areas are very nice. SPA was like a classy Finnish sauna.

Absolutely beautiful location! The houses are on the hill overlooking the valley, away from the main road. The place is very peaceful and relaxed. The houses are beautifully designed and everything is well thought through. The stuff puts a lot attention into details and do maximum to make your stay pleasant. Such a unique place! Highly recommend!

The location of the property was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking. The room was clean as well.

The staff was not upfront regarding the payment. I choose the payment in advance but they rejected it and put the option as payment in person. I requested an extra bed but they didnt inform me about the extra charges when i reached there and only told me about it after i was leaving. Also they tried to charge the AED amount in booking as GEL.

Great view, super comfortable room, nice relaxing pool, great breakfast

Tastefully decorated, stunning views, food was fantastic! Really appreciated the friendly greeting upon arrival and how we were accommodated to check in early. Apart from music from a Bluetooth speaker, it was peaceful, serene and the perfect setting for a restful night’s sleep.

Really disappointed about not being able to use the sauna as this was one of the reasons why I booked this place. Tried twice - first time I was told it’s too hot and I should come back at night when it’s cooler which couldn’t happen due to a storm. Tried again the next day and I was told to take a swim instead. I feel guests should be able to decide when they’d like to use the sauna instead of being told when they should/shouldn’t use it. If there are certain times facilities are not available to be used, communicating this beforehand would have been much appreciated. I understand the idea behind the Bluetooth speaker, however, not all guests were considerate when using it. Some guests may need to be reminded to use this facility without distracting others.

It is a beautiful location with a lovely view. Even though it was raining while we were there we enjoyed watching the storm from the windows.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I would happily come back anytime!
