Lovely staff in the restaurant

The room advertised on booking.com that we paid for was not the room we were given. The bathroom had no shade (it was “broken”) and was exposed to the balcony that was open to people walking by. The gym was “broken”. The front desk staff was rude and condescending when we asked for assistance. The photos on instagram are deceiving, this is a poorly run hotel.

The pool at the hotel was very clean, and everything was really good — from the atmosphere in the restaurant to the food itself

Pool facilities and spa were very nice. The breakfast was good.

For the price, I expected a relaxing night but a high school group was on our floor disturbing others until late in the night. I called reception and it helped a bit but the loudness continued.

Everything in the room was very dirty, I reported it to the employee, but the uncleanliness I found was not fixed.

I don't know what specific food made me sick, but I got food poisoning and was sick for 4 days.

Balcony and view was amazing, the spa and property were well taken care of. Also, the breakfast was great!

Staff was not able to fix the issue with the TV. There were some minor touch ups that could be done to make the room nicer.

Location, facilities

Were not told that cappuccino was paid extra on the first day, not all food was amazingly good but overall a very pleasant place. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Great territory, must be lovely in the summer

Everything was amazing but the pool close time could be prolonged! I missed the chocolate lava cake they used to have when I visited a few years back, you guys should definitely bring it back!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very polite, it was my wife's birthday and they gave us cheesecake in the restaurant.

As for the dissatisfaction, there was the sound of tractors in the room all day, it was very loud, I know it's not the hotel's fault, but it was very uncomfortable, because of this noise we couldn't rest as we wanted.

Stuff is very friendly and attentive, both in the lobby and in the lobby bar. The hotel is nice and the food is pretty good as well.

Rooms could use touching up.

Very close to Tbilisi, a good getaway for the weekend

The food was very mid, very few activities to do, the bed was not comfortable

Staff at restaurant, swimming pool and desk were very friendly and helpful

I didn't like restaurant menu and the dishes we ordered weren't delicious. At breakfast sausages were hard to chew and choice was scarce.Also swimming pool toilets and steam sauna need to be renewed.

we booked a room with a pool view, which cost an additional 20 GEL, but we were given a room without pool view. We wanted a double bed as a couple, but there were two separate mattresses, which made lying in the bed extremely uncomfortable

A very clean and cozy room with a great atmosphere. The restaurant is excellent, offering delicious meals, and the location is ideal—close to Tbilisi, providing both convenience and a peaceful retreat. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

Staff members were very nice.

Spa was not turned on, facilities were a little bit old. I thought door for the balcony would break down.

The lobby bar is quaint. Best rigatoni ever, the club sandwich was fine. Service was good as well.

Gym was not functioning.The room were very small, not worth the price. Breakfast was limited. The amenities did not include toothbrush, body lotion, vanity kit, shower cap.There were some stains on the beddingThe view was not nice

ბევრჯერ ვარ თქვენთან ნამყოფი ყოველთვის კმაყოფილი ვიყავი ყველაფერით , ბოლო სტუმრობის გარდა. მომსახურე პერსონალი ყურადღებიანი.

ჯაკუზი იყო ბინძური და წყალი ცივი, უყურადღებოდ არ დაგვტოვეს, დაცალეს ჯაკუზი და აავსეს თავიდან, მაგრამ არც წლის სისუფთავეს და ტემპერატურას არ ეშველა არაფერი, გავცივდით :( აბაზანაში წყალი მოდიოდა გრილი , საკვები იყო საშინელება, ძალიან გული დამწყდა , პირადი ჰიგიენის ნივთები მოთხოვნითაა, მოგვაწოდეს რაც გვინდოდა, მაგრამ ხალათებს 3 დღეში ერთხელ ვცვლითო როცა მხოლოდ 1 ღამით ვიყავი

Good location. Pools, cafe, restaurants- everything is perfect
