Mtserlebi Resort

Just came back from Mtserpebi Resort in Qvishkheti and honestly, it was a dream. The location is something else, deep in a magical forest with mountains all around. The place feels remote in the best way. Everything was spotless and well thought out, from the rooms to the common areas. Our room was super spacious and had everything we needed. What stood out most though was the hospitality! The hosts, waiters, and staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it still felt private and peaceful. Definitely one of those places you don’t want to leave

The location was amazing in a higher ground. The staff were very welcoming and helpful (thanks to all of them) the restaurant offered halal food which is not very common in that area. The bathroom had heated toilet water pump.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Pros:Views of the mountains and very friendly staff. We stayed at the suite and it was spacious and pleasant.

Cons:Food was NOT tasty, first time in Georgia! breakfast was the level of Holiday Inn, very poor.SPA was at an extra charge.The decor was cheap - looks good on photos, but in reality all the furniture is of poor quality, the decor is plastic and distasteful ( plastic plants, plastic bath etc)The territory is small and there is nothing to do really. For what you get price is too high.Wouldn’t come again.

Location is great, beautiful views and fresh air around. Breakfast is great and overall their kitchen is really good. We liked everything that we ordered. Staff is super polite and friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable.

The water in outside swimming pool was super cold :( we couldn’t enjoy at all, also would be nice to add some more sunbeds. Sauna is not included in price, which is kind of weird since we haven’t come across that kind of case in other hotels.

Staff are welcoming, Place is private and spacious with excellent views. The resort is simple, it is not luxurious as it looks in the pictures, however it was convenient and comfy. The breakfast is delicious.

The resort has a nice restaurant and the breakfast is fairly good as well.

There is not much to do around there, at least in winter. Staff was seemingly attentive but provided no actual help or services - whatever we needed they took "notes" but did not actively take any action. The room which is called "deluxe" really just looks like a standard rook for two. Amenities were OK but certainly not corresponding to a "5-star hotel".

Excellent and friendly stuff, clean and comfortable room and balcony with beautiful view of mountains.

A tiny indoor pool, fit only for two people swimming simultaneously, would be uncomfortable with more than 3 people in the pool. It was tight. It was a great place, but I believe it is slightly overrated and did not match my 5-star expectations, which can be subjective!

Very friendly staff who arranged bday surprise for my girlfriend last min and showed us around. Location is tucked away but very quiet and your balcony oversees the mountains. Where poets and writers used to stay.

Booked for a superior room but was downgraded, pool was out of order, booked for a massage, they called me twice letting me know they were running late, after 2 hours of waiting I decided to cancel. It was obvious that they wanted me to cancel.

The receptionist provided excellent service, and the room was luxurious with a fantastic view and a very comfortable bed.

The hotel's listing on Booking.com featured beautiful images of a spa, including wet and dry saunas and massage treatments. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the spa was completely out of service, and no massage treatments were available. This felt like false advertising, and we believe the hotel should have informed us prior to our arrival. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the hotel seemed rather neglected, with no other visible guests and ongoing construction works, which significantly impacted our experience.

The location and the views were great and we liked the design of the hotel. The staff was exceptional, both the receptionists and the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. I only wish they would stop shooing the cat, it leaves such a bad impression. The grey cat is a really wonderful addition to the hotel staff, we absolutely loved him. We were also very grateful for an upgrade of our room. We got a duplex with a spacious terrace and comfy beds. The room was very clean and had many amenities. There was no kettle and although we were ready to order tea from the restaurant the staff kindly provided us with a kettle and some tea bags. The breakfast was nice but I was surprised there was no cereal.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed for repair works and we were not informed about it prior to our arrival. It was a disappointment because we booked the hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. It was cool and very windy outside so we could only quickly swim in the outdoor pool for 5 minutes and then had to run to our room to get a hot shower. There is no shower or sauna available near the outdoor pool. Also the men doing construction works abandoned their jobs to watch me and my daughter enter the pool. It was very uncomfortable.

The resort has good facilities, it is clean. Mountains all around the hotel. Overal ambience of the hotel is great. At reception helpful employees.

Poor service at restaurant and poor menu. Food and drinks are overpriced and not value for the money.

Excellent service: the receptionist was especially polite and professional. We got a free upgrade to the suite which was superb. The restaurant team could use more professional and English speaking staff: someone made a mistake with our order (we ordered a vegetarian meal and got meat instead), the issue was that the waiter insisted that the meal is what we ordered, until we proven otherwise

Great location, beautiful scenary surrounding hotel. Great for kids- large playground and play room. Clean rooms- large and comfortable. We loved the style and ambiance. Small pool but nice.

No gym. Parts of the hotel were not accommodating for strollers - no elevator- but manageable.

Exceptional breakfast and great location. The hotel is amazing and offers various entertainment for quite and peacful leisure. The territory of the hotel is also huge and you can indulge in nature

The hotel is a real Georgian gem. The stunning view, quiet, cozy and classy. The space is organised such that guests didn’t interfere each other. Great breakfast and restaurant itself is very nice. Amazing staff. Highly recommended!
