Waited for well over an hour to be served in the restaurant. Had to remind staff we were waiting, after seeing other people come in after us and be served. No internet available on the night we stayed.

The property was full and the staff seemed to be a little overstretched. For instance at breakfast the self service buffet had empty food containers for long periods and there seemed to be no action to eliminate a lot of flies in the restaurant.
Comfortable hotel in a convenient location, right across a beautiful medieval town. We usually stay here en route to Provence and back. Hotel is comfortable, good amenities, clean and friendly staff.
The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Made the short stay very pleasant.

Sadly, our first dinner was ruined by a rude maitre d' and as a result my wife refused to eat there again, despite very good cuisine
