    Very Good

    Based on 50 reviews

    Pros +

    • Helpful staff, secure cycle storage, good breakfast, good shower.
    • Really convenient location - next to N184 (but not noisy) with large free car park and 10 minute walk from Neuville Universite RER A station. Room was recessed to protect from heat (despite it being over 35 degrees, not too hot). Good breakfast buffet.
    • Lovely staff and somewhere to store bicycle. Good breakfast

    Cons -

    • Nearest villages a good 30 minutes walk away
    • It wasn't an issue when I stayed but be aware the room does not have AC. A desk fan is provided which I felt was adequate for cooling.
    • It felt like a camp, the rooms were small, walls very thin, no shampoo provided, and it's probably only convenient for people looking for a place to stay as it's just off the highway.

Great value. Location was excellent for those doing a cycling tour along the Seine. Regarding biking, I was able to bring my bike into the room. Secure storage is also available. Room was comfortable and shower was excellent (with two shower heads to choose from). Staff spoke excellent English and were uniformly welcoming. Breakfast buffet had varied options (including vegetarian, fewer vegan) and was, for me, worth the extra cost.

Not much. Lobby and eating area were very nice.

The rooms were run down. Our room needed maintenance. Lock on bathroom door did not function properly locking my wife in bathroom. Toilet seat was totally loose. Power outage at 6 am. The staff was very helpful with fixing different things.

The room was large enough, the wet room was very good. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed !Could do with more coffee sachets and milk. There was lots of different lighting, Enough room and hangers for clothing. well lit outside and shutters easily managed from inside. Very clean.Staff were very helpful and always smiling, most welcoming..This is my 3rd visit.

Great value for money, excellent and friendly customer service. Stayed here as the last stage of cycling the London to Paris route. We didn't have breakfast, as we thought we'd find a cafe along the route near the river. There aren't any, so take the opportunity here.

The room facilities are a little dated, but perfectly serviceable.

Welcoming staff we cycled to the hotel and the manager took care to find safe and accessible storage for the bikes without being asked

    10DavidPosted on: 9-6-2023

Manager was excellent and managed to change my room to downstairs because I was cycling with panniers

Value for money a small bit out of town but not unexpected Like a motel and did the job nicely

    8PeterPosted on: 7-31-2023

WE were allowed to store our bikes in the room as opposed to leaving them in the kitchen unlocked

Had to upgrade to get a room with a private bathroom - though thought we had booked one!

Very quiet. Adequate bike storage. Very helpful staff.

Quite hard to find,Evening meal menu very limited.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On our arrival at the hotel, they showed us where we could store our bikes securely, and made sure to find us a room on the cooler side of the hotel. We were hot and tired and they immediately supplied us with cool water and brought a fan to our room to help us relax. As the restaurant was going to be closed that evening, they told us to return, after we’d rested, for local recommendations. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drink arranged buffet style. There was a good variety of fresh fruit as well as crispy bread and pastries, cereals, yoghurts and meat and cheese.

Of course air conditioning and sound proofing would have been nice, but this is a budget hotel and the exceptional staff and the great breakfast more than compensated.

staff were very friendly and accommodating, managed to store our bikes safety overnight and use the outright seating to eat our own food.
