Pros +
- The flat is compact and very well kitted. Easy access with a car to unload. The staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the bread and croissants service in the morning - however I will book breakfast next time as it looked fabulous!

- We used as a hotel rental so we didn't use the facilities outside the flat. A very well appointed, compact little flat with a good use of all possible space. Good bathroom, separate toilet; lovely little mezzanine 'bedroom' that feels like a little cocoon.
Cons -
- The single beds are bit small and the (comfortable) sofa bed is hard to put away during the day. For me it would be a bit small for a comfortable full week stay.
- The convertible double bed/sofa in the living/kitchen room was not the most comfy but it's kinda expected for the room size and non stationary bed - OK for the price paid.
- The single beds are really quite small, good for kids but not so for grown ups. The double bed was large, but one of the mattresses had a big dip in it (used as a sofa otherwise). The single duvets were also rather small.

Beds are made prior to arrival. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included, however guests are required to clean the dishes and take out the bins before departure. A kids' club is included in the price and is available during the school holidays for children aged 3 month to 17 years old, and outside of school holidays for children aged 3 months to 6 years old. Guests traveling with children are kindly asked to indicate the children's ages in the special request box when booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
