- Great location, super nice host, comfortable bed and nice linens. Beautiful facility. Excellent breakfast.
- Comfortable room and spacious bathroom
Cons -
- Nothing. Parking is a little difficult.
- It seemed very expensive for the location. Also no toiletries provided except shampoo and body wash. No bathrobe as described. No restaurant or coffee bar as described. Easy things to fix which would make the price seem worth it.
- Mini bar was warm, not working

Recently, I had the privilege of staying at a local boutique hotel that, quite frankly, has set a new benchmark for service and facilities. As someone with a Marriott Ambassador Elite membership, my expectations are often skewed towards the loftier side, especially given my experiences with global giants such as the Saint Regis in Rome. However, this boutique hotel not only met but surpassingly exceeded these expectations. On a Saturday, with time pressing and an impending wedding, the hotel staff showcased their dedication and efficiency by promptly pressing two suits, two shirts, and a dress – a task many establishments might've balked at given the short notice. But they didn't stop there. In Italy, Sundays are traditionally a day of rest with most establishments closed. Yet, this hotel demonstrated an unwavering commitment to their guest's needs. They managed to send someone to ensure that I could get a pedicure and a hair wash and style. Such an extraordinary level of service is truly commendable, if not unprecedented.Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better situated. Nestled in the heart of the town center, it provided the perfect base to explore the charming streets and partake in the local culture. The proximity to major attractions, shops, and eateries meant that everything was within a stone's throw, adding another layer of convenience to our stay.To conclude, this boutique establishment is a testament to the fact that sometimes, local experiences can outshine even the most esteemed international brands. It's not always about the name or the prestige, but the heart, passion, and commitment to service. I am wholeheartedly impressed and without a shadow of a doubt, will be staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
Hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend the Residenza Palazzo Fortuna and will stay here again in the near future. Thank you
Loved everything about the hotel..
Great staff, incredibly accommodating!
Lovely room and hotel with a great breakfast.
Lovely new conversion of an historic palazzo with spacious rooms, modern bathrooms and a wonderful restaurant for dinner.
It would be hard to find fault with anything
Not often does a hotel in a small town justify the rating 'Superb', but that is the only way to describe the Boutique hotel Palazzo Fortuna. A lovely old palace, beautifully restored, comfy room, bathroom with power-shower, and wonderful hosts. The restaurant is in the palace's courtyard: we had lunch indoors (home-made fettucini with fresh porcini mushrooms) and dinner out in the garden; both meals themselves 'Superb' with fresh local ingredients cooked with a light Roman hand. Breakfast included freshly-made scrambled eggs with pancetta from a nearby farm.
It wasn't a problem but, out of season, you do have to tell them when you are arriving. We hadn't so we spent an hour or so walking around the beautiful old town.
Beautiful garden restaurant inside the hotel. Unfortunately it was booked for a private event the night we were there so we couldn’t use it. Our room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. Small town so easy to walk everywhere.
On a narrow one-way street. Very Difficult to find a (driving) route to get back to the front of the hotel to load suitcases when leaving!!!
