Easy access, kind and helpful staff, a nice warm room and a wide range of spa treatments.

A little bit dated equipment and material, low level of comfort and in the end a basic hotel.

Room very spacious. Comfy beds. Ate in the restaurant, which was excellent. Nice secure car park. Quiet rural location.

Excessive noise in the room caused by plumbing in adjacent rooms. Receptionist on arrival a bit surly.

Not suitable for kids. Dinner at restaurant was unable after 20’ waiting.

Market on when we arrived which added that local flavour. The children on our trip loved the thermal pool to 10pm.

Pool is superb and opened to 10pm. Room was fair size. Food was excellent

Hard to park

It was in such a beautiful, peaceful location .the outdoor pool was so welcoming after a long days drive .the staff welcomed us .There's comfy sunbeds and deck chairs by the pool .They offer spa treatments, but we didn't use them, so I can't comment. Free parking on site, too .The room was very clean and comfy with a little balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was nice to sit on .The rooms could possibly do with a little updateing,especially the bathroom shower,but are still ok .There's out door areas to sit out on, too .We had our evening meal in the restaurant in the evening. The food was exquisite .It was another level of quality ,possibly the best meal we had on our 16-day travels and at a very acceptable price too .I would definitely recommend this hotel .

Lovely quiet place, staff very friendly, my dog was very welcome

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet countryside location. The food in the restaurant was good and well presented. The breakfast had a good selection.

No aircon in the rooms. Although the hotel is nice, it's starting to show its age a bit. Sound insulation between rooms not good.

Location, EV charger for reasonable price onsite

Rooms really miss air conditioning. Despite being a place about health the restaurant didn’t have a lot of healthy options.

Dinner was very good and not expensive.

Bedroom had a fridge that was unusable as it needed defrosting. The shower was almost unusable as it had to be hand held, otherwise the water simply ran down the wall. The bathroom had a sulfur smell, probably because of the thermal location.

Everything was perfect for our stayVery friendly staff upon arrival, very helpful, our 3 small dogs made to feel welcomed too, nothing was a problem. The thermal pool was a tonic and we were lucky to be able to use it on arrival and before departure, a must if staying, you feel so good afterwards and skin so soft. Very comfortable sleep, evening meal was amazing we had the special set menu, excellent food and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was extremely good too. This hotel stay over is on our favourite list and when on our travels will most definitely be back and hopefully be able to use more of the benefits this hotel had to offer, thank you for a wonderful stay

it was a very hot summer day but no air conditioning in the room or anywhere else in the hotel. staff could be more pleasant.

Room was spacious and lovely to have a balcony

Staff were really not friendly, no one smiled, and although you should never expect people to speak English, you do expect them to understand a little

The pool was nice and the restaurant was excellent.

Quite dated - it reminded me of a 1960’s bond set - I say I didn’t like it for that reason but strangely I did like it for the same reason!

Swimming pool was ok. Pool table was also nice.

Surroundings were not suitable for walking.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are good size and the restaurant is 10/10
