Stayed there before good location for me. Evening was spoiled by teens playing in the alley next to my room. Really loud running shouting. I realize is not the hotel’s fault. Didn’t stop till 10-30. Tv remote didn’t work hence no tv

Room was clean and fresh. Lovely big bathroom with a bath, always a bonus. Plenty of towels and bedding changed after 3 days which was lovely. Fridge and safe available in wardrobe. Safe free parking a couple of minutes away

Just note that if you’re a light sleeper, there is a chapel nearby and they ring the bell every 30 minutes including early morning

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Room and bathroom well appointed with everything you would need. Breakfast excellent. Room was nice and quiet. Free parking available a short walk away.
Room was clean with daily maintanence. Bed very comfy. Small Minibar inside room and a perfect sized ensuite bathroom
Unfortunately it was noisy one night. It is possible to hear other guests in the room above, if you sleep downstairs. Room 6 is directly at the main entrance of the hallway. It is possible to hear the door. During the night, the outside yard has night wall lights which are visible from inside the room so that it is not totally dark
The extremely friendly and helpful owners, the wonderful suite which is very special with the bedroom in a tower overlooking the Ijssel, the fantastic breakfast, brought to my room because it was too cold in the morning to have it on the terasse.
If traveling on business, make sure you agree to be provided an invoice.The property includes one of the best restaurants in the area but this is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The bed was very comfortable and the room had a touch of romanticism under the high roof of the building.

It was a little further away from Leiden and other places than I had thought, but we had a car so it was no problem. It would be difficult to stay without a car to get around.
I liked the staff a lot, they were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean with lots of clean towels. A supermarket and lots of restaurants are nearby.
The room was in the roof of the house, this made me bend my head at certain arrears because the ceiling is to low.
