Staff and location are great.

The bathroom is too small...hard to get in N out.No room service to change bed.

On June 8, Someone opened the door at night. I was surprised and couldn't sleep any longer. The room smelled of cigarettes. On June 9, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., I was going to have breakfast, and the staff did not prepare breakfast for the guest.

Close to local shop and restaurant. Easy access from the RER train. Staff is helpful.

Failed to provide the bill for the stay. Did not respond to two emails. Staff do not speak English. Very small rooms

The room was rather modern (apart from the TV) and well thought-out. The space was very well optimised, there were multiple plugs, a bit of room in the bathroom to store your healthcare products, it was surprisingly clean, and the staff was friendly despite the place being quite clearly understaffed.

A hairdryer would've been lovely! The bed wasn't very comfortable but for a very cheap last minute accommodation, it was great. A little noisy but that's due to the location.

Small private shower/bathroom. Three good separate beds. Plenty of close by parking which is gated.Good for the price (78 euro's)

The heating wasn’t good, i felt cold in there and when the heater was on its hurt my nose

I admire cleaning ladies because for guests it is hard not to make a mess in such a small place. Especially by many guests in one room. For example we were three with a dog and it was raining, bad idea to go to such a small space. But I really appriciate that the hotel accepts dogs.

Breakfast - really small offer. It is better to save money and buy something in groceries. No place in room, where to put wet clothes or umbrella, not even wet towels. It is acceptable for one night, but we were two nights and it is a little bit tricky then.

The hotel we had actually booked through Expedia cancelled on day we were travelling, which left us in a difficult situation. While on the ferry did search and found this one through booking.com. Description was clear and map with directions perfect.Really pleased and would recommend it. Premiere Classe hotel Fleury Merogis. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Parking good. Quiet. Breakfast good. Transport into Paris Centre good via bus and train.

Wifi in room not great, but adequate. Chairs in reception so could use wifi there.

The staff!! ? Either the manager and the morning réceptionnist.Very agressive and not giving a s.. To the customer, well am speeking for myself... And for sure, NOT Smily at all, ie. I was excluded breakfast coz 1 time 2 minutes too late, and 2nd time 10 min earlier!

The near Arabic bakery.

The shower is very old and small, no towels on the floor.

It is a budget hotel.Very small room (I am new to Paris, though!).Basic amenities.

Clean rooms

Very tiny rooms and very hot inside the room, as per receptionist air condition switched off for the guest.

The staff was nice. And The place smelled good.

The bed, there were bedbugs everywhere after I went to bed. I lost my sleep around 2am and my body had small pimples everywhere. I couldn't work the following day when I went back home. I tried to contact booking multiple times but none of the numbers worked. My stay was terrible. I will never book in Première Classe again.
