Absolutely amazing location in a cute, historic town close to the castle. People were very friendly, and then was plenty of parking close by.

The staff was very friendly / helpful and spoke English. Very warm welcome. Both things we didn’t encounter in other (quite expensive) French hotels yet in our holiday . At breakfast the lady even offered to take our baby for a bit so we could enjoy our breakfast. The ‘apartment’ was simple, yet comfortable. Swimming pool / whirlpool were nice. Very charming small town.

I thought the sauna would be included but it wasn’t (swimmingpool / whirlpool was); And there were a Lot of wasps at breakfast.

The atmosphere is charming, everything else was excellent, the restaurant was great, and the breakfast was very good.

The shower holder in the bathroom was broken, which was a bit inconvenient.

Room was nice, well renovated but still felt the spirit of the old building. Spa area is also nice and relaxing. Staff v nice and friendly.

The spa area for adults, the buildings are gorgeous and historic, the front desk staff were kind, we were given water bottles and plenty of towels. The wine tasting was fabulous!

I wanted to use the sauna at 8:30, but the staff who could make my reservation didn't start until 9:00.

Nice restaurant at the location, super friendly personnel and kid friendly

The room was very cute, we enjoyed the comfy bed, and the personnel at the reception was very friendly. Apart from that as a person who constantly gets cold I was happy about warm temperature in the room and a spacious bathroom. The studio's kitchen had everything one needs to cook. We stayed at the end of March and the water in the pool was warm. We went one hour before closing time and it was completely empty. However if there are 5-6 people it might already become quite full. But for this price of the room it's a very nice option to have.

If you're a light sleeper make sure to take earplugs and a sleeping mask: the walls are quite thin since it's an old buiding so you hear a lot what your neighbours are doing, which is not that dramatic. Our room was in front of a lantern and it was quite bright in the room.

Combines historical, charming setting with comfort plus wonderful restaurant with specialities from Alsace and very decent spa area.

The location is wonderful plus the property has a history vibe (for real). The apartment was big enough and the towels and linen were good quality. The apartment was always at a very comfortable temperature. The pool and jacuzzi were also accessible with almost no one there. The staff was helpful and polite.

The apartment is not maintained properly. For that kind of money one gets broken furniture (side tables), lights (table lamps) not working. The bathroom feels like you stepped into a hospital. Cracked basin, rust on the walls plus water damage on the ceiling is not expected. No place to hang hand towels. Kitchennet had some very old and small utensils not big enough to boil pasta in one go for a small family.

Nice place, very good breakfast, nice wellness, delicious dinner in restaurant, very friendly staff. There was small inconvenience during our stay, but the hotel resolved it very well to our satisfaction, we appreciate the aproach of the hotel.

Perfect location to explore the route des vins and other places of interest . Lovely village .felt like stepping back in time to the 16th century expecting the 3 Musketeers duelling on the balcony at any time !..

The room was outdated and in need of renovation. Bathroom in particular .

Room 27 very small, hot and airless. No water in the mini bar, tap water ran warm so couldn't even get a glass of water from there. Coffee cups dirty so had to wash them before using. Shower head broken which caused it to spray water on the ceiling and all over the floor. Although it's a nice place I didn't think it was value for money and personally wouldn't choose to stay again.

Pension located in a tiny charming Alsatian town in a charming old building. Personel very helpfull. A very good restaurant in the courtyard.

Stunning location, the hotel itself is stunning. We did a free wine tasting at the family's vineyard, 5 mins away. Then enjoyed that wine a dinner in the restaurant. The staff were super lively and the children were well catered for.

Very peculiar building, at the border of the historical center of the town.

The room did not have air-conditioning, which made it very hot during the night.

Very nice old Hause with old style spacious rooms. Very kind personal. Very tasty wine
