Pros +
- The location was perfect for us. Finding the hotel was also not a problem. The staff was welcoming and friendly when we checked in. Overall it is a very clean and well-decorated hotel. I will book at this hotel again for our next event in Batzendorf.
- Very quiet area, cute little swimming pool.
- The staff was very friendly and in the evening,,when we were the only guests for dinesr, they prepared us a nice meal .breakfast was also good.
Cons -
- The only downside was that the wifi was not available due to so issue with a machine creating the password. Also my wife and son where a bit disappointed that the swimming pool was not working. But all in all its not something that should be seen as a bad thing as things can break and its hard to repair over a weekend and even harder when the location is a distance from major city centres.
- Sauna costs extra, which is fair enough, but should be made clear on the booking page.Breakfast was a little small, but it was off season, with only one other room occupied, so this is also understandable.
- The style of the room and the hotel in general was not very attractive or cosy.
