Nestled in Monksland, a residential suburb of Athlone town, The Athlone Springs Hotel is less than a 6-minute drive from Athlone town center. Both local busses and taxi companies are available for transport to the town center. The Athlone Springs Hotel features bright and spacious bedrooms with free high-speed WiFi, flat-screen TVs with Netflix compatibility, luxury toiletries and towels. A traditional Irish breakfast is served each morning in the Cedar restaurant. Guests can also enjoy other meals on site, or relax at the bar. - The staff were so welcoming here at the springs. Our room was very clean and it had all the facilities we needed. The swimming pool was lovely and the changing rooms were so hygienic. We ate in the bar on our first night. There was a lovely, affordable, varied menu and the food was really good. Breakfast was good too. Overall we had a lovely stay
