Hotel Vincent

It is a wonderful place to stay at a good price. The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is continental and is well complemented by a fiscally reasonable 24/7 self-service area offering an extensive variety of snacks and drinks. The facilities are clean and sufficient to be comfortable. It’s an easy walk into the city, yet far enough away to remain quiet at the hotel.

Very modern and super clean with original artwork throughout the whole property, you feel like in a art gallery there. Exquisite atmosphere in the common areas of the property. Very friendly, helpful and personable owner. Highly recommended for all ages.

Silent. Outside town. Self checkin. Self service. Very comfortable accommodation. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

The city tax is collected at place and not included in the price. The parking is also paid afterwards.

The rooms and facilities are beautiful and look new and cozy! All self service, quiet in the lobby, seating outside as well, kids corner with many toys ?

It was quite a few people for one shower only as they are shared, in the evening it was not easy to find the bathroom free. Also the walls are not very sound proof as I could hear neighbors talking.

Luhacovice is a lovely, historical spa

So called "Apartment - anex" is situated in a diffrent part of town, 500 meters down the hill from hotel Vincent. It's a small house standing 2 meters from the busy road (cars, buses, trucks, trains nearby). No garden, no shared space, no children play area, no peace and relaxation. There is no information about that fact. If there is, I wouldn't choose it going there with a 2-years old child.And the most unsatisfying (diplomaticly speaking) is the reaction of the management who was persistently claiming that there was an information about the localisation. Indeed, there was on their own page. But I was using booking for making reservation. It would be alright if they simply say: sorry, our fault, we apologize. Insteda they've chosen the stategy of denying everything. I'm using booking for 11 years now and never give a one star opinion. And for the first time we've left tha apartment one night before.

Very much liked the apartment, spacious, well equipped and very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. Also, just a short walk to the city centre.

Hotel is made as self service which is handy. Refrigerators and snacks are available downstairs for small price. There is also a small children playground.

Everything! We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the rooms were and the bathrooms! For the price, this place went above and beyond our expectations. Check in was very easy, and breakfast was served in the morning.

Nothing!

Vincent was very clean, and an excellent value. The blonde woman on staff in the mornings was very helpful and kind. She even arranged a few massages for my girlfriend and me. Staying at Vincent was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast spread was great too.

The double bed is actually two single beds with a bridge of sorts between them. This makes for less than ideal snuggling.

The stay was overall very good. Location not too far from the center (15-20 min walk) played positive in total price paid compared to center stays. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. The prices in self-operated bar were decent.

There were quite a few extras: Extra parking, extra coffee not explicitly described in the kitchen, extra city fee. Understandably, this fit the concept and was not a major issue. Instruction based "self-check in" was ok but we did come to minor confusion (as did guests arriving at the same time) because in the instructions there was name on the envelopes mentioned: "Inside the safe you will find an envelope with keys, which will be labeled with the name (number) of your reserved room."

The hotel is in a good location

3rd floor of this hotel, very hot, opening the windows noisy, near the road, small room. parking is paid although it is at the hotel. remove additional payment for accommodation city tax.

Location was great and so was the cleanliness. Quiet at night.

No shower gel in the shower!! Seriously?? For that price I would expect at least the basics ! Some guests were staying with little kids who decided to turn the hallway outside of our room into a playroom. Great early morning wake up....

Only the painting in the room wasn’t good to have it as the motive wasn’t optimal for good energy in the room.
