Dinner and breakfast was quite good. Kids loved indoor swimming pool with very warm water and a playroom.

Room at the end of long corridor, somwhere in the basement reminded me of the underground passage from Irreversible movie. Scarry!

This is not a 3 star facility like the advert suggests, don't book unless you want to pay over the odds for what is literally the lowest end of facility, cheaply made rooms then charged the same rate as the three start hotel it's connected to.

Room was quite clean and big.

Surroranding - benches and tables , swimming pool outside are old, dirty and broken. Whole outside is not nice... Its located in beautiful area but there is no pleasure of spednig time outside... Also bathrooms needs refresh.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, nice terrace to eat, no smoking, nice bar. Friendly staff that speaks English. A private bowlinglane and we had the pool and jacuzzi mostly to ourselves aswell. Great tennis court and you can hike and mountainbike straight from the hotel. A nice very old school gym.

Hygiene in the gym, there were no towels, desinfectant sprays or anything. No vegetarian options at dinner, only 1 out of the 4 nights there was a vegetarian option.

We didn't stay in the main building so we had tourist type of accommodation. We didn't expect much- and we're pleasantly surprised. Simple but warm rooms. Halfboard- very good breakfast, dinner- quick, you're not given choice, but really tasty. When you consider the really low price, it's ideal for low- budget visitors who care more about the surrounding countryside than a luxurious hotel. And you still have access to the spa area in the main building!

We liked the view. Even breakfast was fine.

We received that we only paid for breakfast and in the info we have checked breakfast and dinner. So we had dinner in near restaurant. Also we paid for two seperate beds but we received room with king bed.. It was little problem when u have to share bed with somebody u didnt want to share bed with :D I felt little bit uncomfortable.

Great location in the forest. A lot of spa facilities. Good food.

Very bad "100% juice". It looks like a 5% of juice in the water.

Excellent location of the boarding house! It is located right in the forest. The rooms are clean. A good dining room with delicious dishes. A wonderful children's room and a good bar. Large indoor pool. I liked it a lot.

Lived in building 2. The site does not say anything about which building the room is in. It would be convenient to attach a map of the territory to the photos. The rooms require minor repairs. The wardrobe had a broken handle, the bedside lamp was broken. The bathroom lacks a shelf for accessories. Soap and shampoos had to be put on the floor. There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, there is only one hook, although the room is designed for four. There are no slippers or shampoo in the room (even in the cheapest Turkish hotels). We bought slippers separately for 40 kc/pair! Skiers have nowhere to dry their suits. You need a drying room or a rope on the balcony.Fix minor flaws. It will not be expensive for you. But you will become better than your competitors. In general, I liked almost everything.

Staff was really nice and helpful

If you like 1985 retro style then this hotel is a perfect choice for you. Heater couldn't be turned off, the smallest bathroom basin I've ever seen, only two meals option both with meat for dinner and no drinks to buy.

Close to bike park, nice pool, breakfast and supper much better than surroundings, helpfull staff.

do not like and not often spending my time for bad opinions, I prefer to write recommendations, but this time i feel I have to warn all interested there against to what you see in advert of this place on booking.com. Therefore I waited few days before writing anything more not to be influenced by fresh and negative feelings. The advert in Booking was related to the room in hotel's building. Received one was far away from hotel and in old challet and the invoice for staying there was like for at least new 3 stars hotel. Bathroom without shelf and sink, no hairdryer and so on,shower handle was damaged, on top of that the only one available sink was located in sleeping room. The received room was dirty, a lot of dust (after one night my cell phone was covered with thick layer of dust rime), used napkins lay behind heaters. Wellness area paid additionally, the towels as well and so on. Be aware while booking there.

We like the spa, wellness and rope park in the area. The location is in the middle of the woods but far away from attractions in summer time.

When we came they locked us not in the hotel but the old rustic cabin Moravice cabin which was not pleasant at all!!! Room for 5 people was rustic old with no shades in the window so it was see through. They did not have any towel available until next day afternoon.The dinner was disgusting and all us got food poisoning afterwards. The lady at the front desk was very unpleasant and clearly didn’t like working with people. She would not help us with the problems that we were having and she just kept in telling us that there is nothing that she could do about it, although she could but when there was a shift change the new lady working in the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The beds were uncomfortable and it was freezing cold in the room with no heater. A lot of things were very old or broken in the cabin.

An older hotel which has taken on some new modernization, the location was ideal for what we wanted but rooms on the small side for a family of 4 (2adults/2Kids)Facilities were great, indoor pool a good size and clean. Food was ok, nothing special but value for money.

Location is perfect for leisure and business trips. Room is clean and well organized.

Lift waiting time is quite high, even with few people around. Check in experience was bad.

Super friendly and helpful staff at Eden, they would be the main reason for us to come back, if we ever did.

We were expecting to be in Hotel Resort Kamzik and instead we were placed in old Penzion Eden, quite far from Kamzik.Check-in time was only until 7pm, luckily Eden manager waited for us, as we were arriving late due to road conditions.No restaurant or bar at Eden, all facilities only at the main resort, where you ahve to drive with no option to park and food there needs to be pre-booked.
