Hotel Na Kocande

I have stayed in this hotel many times already and the service is always great. Rooms are comfy and you can book breakfast at check-in. Location is brilliant. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Food

Smelly bathroom (and also one of the rooms smelled like smoke), stained carpets on the floors, garbage still left in the garbage can!!!! One of the drawers had leftover clothes from another guest.. so cleaning was overall done very bad! Very low value for the money, very disappointing!

Liked the rural, peaceful surrounding of the place by a lake side.

I've gotten one of the worst rooms there, which I didn't like, and the prepaid breakfast, which I was unable to eat because the motel staff didn't show up for work at all.

I liked the rural setting of the place right by a lake and a couple of small rivers.

I stayed there twice in two different times. My first one night stay there was nice. I had a nice room and the young man at the counter spoke very good English so, that was helpful. My second one night stay was awful. I had a dormitory room with 7 beds, and the floor in that room was burning my feet to no end. To make matters worse, my prepaid breakfast in the next morning didn't happen. The staff didn't show up for work, so the diner was completely closed up.

The hotel perfectly meets our expectations. It's great service for good money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. At breakfast you can choose from a slection of eggs in many ways, a platter with cheese and ham, or sausages. For lunch it can get packed (especially in the Summer), but it's worth waiting for a table, all food is great.

A cozy hotel, perfect as a base for trips around. The rooms are simple but comfortable and spacious. You can buy breakfast at check-in, which comes with selection of choices in the morning, all made to individual preference. Restaurant offers a variety of meals, all we had was very good. Staff is very friendly.

Very kind staff, cleanliness, everything. Unfortunately, we arrived in the dark and left before daylight. But even in the dark the surroundings looked good, I think that in the daylight it is very beautiful.

The fact that, in the morning, having to leave early, there was no staff at the reception. So I left without seeing anyone. I hope I didn't upset anyone. If so, I apologize!

The location is good. The staff is kind, smile. The hotel is clean.

There are only three rooms with TV.

nice location in the middle of nature, however we stayed just for overnight because of long drive. I would come back for longer time in the future. helpful receptionist and friendly lady serving breakfast

It is a calm and beautiful place. There is a beautiful park and monastery not far from the hotel. Nice beer bar and you could also to have a meal there.

It is not a problem at all, but the facilities in the room are too simple. The room was not so big, rather small. Everything else was not critical for us, or just fine.

Beautiful building and village with stream next to property.

The room was a bit cold for our liking and had no proper shutters or curtains that kept light out otherwise comfy big room for a family.
