- Location of the hotel is very convenient and allows many different walks in the surrounding nature. There is a good parking, solid WiFi and the food is very good - great selection for breakfast, but also dinners are very tasty. Swimming pool was very clean and so was the whirlpool.

- Swimming pool was very nice and clean, although it was not heated to the advertised temperature (could have been technical issue, but no one informed us). It's understandable that some wellness procedures are extra, but sauna not being included in the price is a bit surprising. Also mentioned sauna was off before 8pm, but should work till 9pm.
- I would like to complaint about an offer. In an offer we see a 4 Star hotel with swimming pool saunas and spa. For me as a customer it was obvious that the entry to swimming pool and saunas was included in a price of a stay. But it was not. We had to pay for an entry to swimming pool saunas and even for a bathrobe! Nor this hotel is a 4 star nor even close to 2 star. The Staff of a hotel couldnt speak english even nor polish. Coming back to the main complaint - booking.com should highlight that the price of the stay does not include wellness at all. We feel misleaded. In a room there was no water. Walls were so thin that we heard everybody talking or coughing.
