Wellness Hotel IRIS

Great location with ample parking. The breakfast was excellent and the food served in the restaurant was fantastic, as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the hotel. I would stay there again.

My room was quite small compared to the photos online, it was cramped for 2 people. We didnt spend much time there, though, it wont change my overall opinion about the hotel.

Location is good, near grocery shop, vineyards and hills. A perfect breakfast - hats off for chef!Parking - you can park on hotel parking or a community parking at the road, 50 Kcs a day. Paid with coins in parkomat nearby.

Having arrived there at 22.30, the door was locked. My girlfriend from Germany had to call the Reception in order to open the door. There another surprise, the lady receptionist had no language competence whatsoever: no English, no German, no French. Only Czech. OK, I have a great deal of respect for your language and culture, but you cannot oblige any foreigner traveling through Czech Republic to instantly learn and speak your language!Moreover, the restaurant was closed, I had nothing to eat. Terrible and incredible. Like in the middle of nowhere!

Hotel is in a remote location. Beautiful small historical town with wine cellars, and picturesque remains of a fort. It was a great stop over on our way from Praha to Bratislava.

For Czech republic in general, the hotel was no exception: Food with the exception of Brno was a bit disappointing, all ready made, in minutes on the table and boring. Just good enough to survive. For that standard, meals are quite expensive.

great stay in a room with AC and great mattresses in the centre of Pavlov and walking distance to anything you need! Moreover, breakfast was very nice with super fresh bread and overall value for the price was very satisfactory!

unfortunately the parking was full but local option was there for very low price and was fine. One con that we missed the fridge in the room

The Location is great for walking and cycling , also close to the Lake , a shop is close by ,but was not open during my stay , the room was good , with aircon ,and the bathroom was good .Breakfast selection was good .Parking was available behind the Hotel .

It was a struggle to communicate with the front desk staff and they seemed to not want to interact with guests , also Breakfast room was very busy .

We stayed for one night on our way back from Croatia. We were impressed with how beautiful the area is. The hotel is easy to find with navigation, there is free parking, a small shop nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was huge, very clean, the bed super comfortable. The wellnes part - you need to pay extra (but it is not a very big charge) and book in ahead. I used the sauna and it was great. Breakfest was incredible, a big choice of food, good coffee, amazing baked sweets, clearly freshly made.

There is no lift, getting a huge suitcase up to second floor is the only negative experience.

The hotel is located in a quiet vinery village, there's a nice forest hike nearby and lots of wine tasting around.

The worst stay. The room is old and uncomfortable. Unnecessary amount of the doors in one tiny room. There is no kettle , we asked the receptionist for hot water he just say that there are no hot water, he did not even try to help us with that. So we were going to the neighbor bar to ask for hot water so we can make a food for our baby.The TV (I don’t know what for there is one), it is small, located on the table, just the unnecessarily takes the space and unsafe cables of it. Breakfast really poor - eggs (baked with ham. WHY?), some sweet buns, bread, juice wich is taste the same as water, some poor fruits, random meat, cheese, sausages, yogurt, mixed musli with cereals, cucumber and tomatoes. So if you are not a meat and bread lover, there is kinda nothing to eat. Stuff not really polite, not even hi or good morning. So if you need the place just for one night sleep, it’s okay, otherwise I don’t recommend.

Really not much. Certainly it is not a 3 stars hotel.

Unfrendly stuff and noone speaks English; No elevator!restaurant refused to give us or our child any food at 20:30 on Sunday although I was begging for a simple sandwich or piece of cheese (everything was closed around too); check in took at least 15 min! (Receptionist was answering phones concerning SPA) so we waisted time maybe for getting some dinner. Not comfy pillows.
