Pros +
- Penzion K is in a very beautiful and quiet location in the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff despite the busy holiday season. Luckily one lady spoke some German, otherwise conversation for non Czech speaking customers would be difficult.
Cons -
- The rooms were cold on arrival (in winter time). After addressing staff the heaters were turned on immediately but during the night room temperatures declined again!
