- The air in the room was very dry (mid-January). The main issue was a party in the hotel restaurant at night: music was extremely loud and could be clearly heard on the 2nd floor around 1–2 AM. We booked the stay to rest after a long road trip and got almost no sleep. The administration should enforce night quiet hours and control party volume.
- No AC available in the rooms, half of the rooms is just above the external restaurant, until midnight the noise from outside was enormous
- We arrived on motorbikes hoping for somewhere safe to park but we had to park outside the front of the hotel, Later a bus turned up with a trailer attached (passengers staying at the same hotel) when it tried to park in the bus parking space it reversed into one of the bikes then quickly moved forward again denning it had happened but we saw it happen sitting in the restaurant. Luckily there was no damaged done but the bus driver and his companions thought it was funny when we confronted them about the incident.

Perfectly clean, spacious room and the bath, free parking in front of the hotel, hilarious value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lots of noise from the outside - people talking loudly right under our windows in late hours, church bells right across the street. No fridge in the room.

- nobody speaks even a word of English or German (not one !)- no lift to upper floors- tables at breakfast really dirty, with plenty of staff around chatting instead of cleaning- everything quite "sovietic" style
