Pros +
- Location was amazing right next to a lake and forest, with no houses/towns for miles. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to use the fireplaces (more than 1 available) to do BBQs, big field for playing games, tennis/volleyball and boats for the lake.
- The place is magical, very good for the kids needs, such as kayaking, swimming pool, a beautiful lake where to swim too, the place was safe even to leave the kids alone in the grass, we explored the wood, we enjoyed the campfire ? every night....it was so magical looking the ⭐ at night ........ The Madame and her Husband were so Kind and always trying to help. I was even able to wash our clothes using the washing machine. We loved the little bar ?..the Pivo was optimal. We loved that place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Is just Magical!

- The only thing which we were unhappy about, was the kitchen. There was no kitchen available (shared or private) unless we paid 2000kc for 1 day. Still, there were multiple BBQ places available.

- It is very bad that there are no photos of the rooms on the booking, as the description does not correspond to reality, we booked two rooms, one suite 23 m2 the other quadruple. Terrible off-road for 2 km, when we booked, we asked if possible to organize rooms nearby, to which we were answered well, but in the end in completely different houses, we were confirmed the check-in time at 1200 -1300, in the end we waited because the manager left and they did not know which rooms to settle us in.The administrator inhospitable, swimming pool dirty. in the evening they brought horses for riding visitors, when one horse ran into the forest and the rider ran after it, then after five minutes other horses began to behave aggressively, which is very dangerous for vacationers.

Amazing location, very beutiful. It was like a small paradise in the middle of the forest and by the lake. Great value for the price.
You need the Czech currency in cash if you want something from the bar.
