Close to the airport. Spacious room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, great shower, quality towels. Friendly staff. Good, substantial breakfast, kids were happy. Thank you!

Unfriendly reception, and the TV remote was not provided despite reporting it at check-in. The curtains are thin and short, failing to block sunlight. The bathroom and sink are very small, and there is no bedside lighting. The location is remote, with only a gas station nearby.

WORN OUT ROOMCHANGE OF THE ROOM WITHOUT NOTICE OR ASKING. The alternate room was very noisy from outside, bright lights through the window, no lights next to beds, dirty carpets.

Excelence size of The room. Nice and clean. Very comfy bed! We were in the triple room. And we enjoyed our stay. Also my 4 years old said I chose the perfect hotel. ?

Just the first impression of the staff at the reception when we arrived. Customers will always remember the first moment if the staff is kind. But otherwise was great experience.

The hotel is just off the highway 30 minutes west of Prague. It was a stop over from the flight into Prague, so I was after some sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the room had been modernized and quiet. Good choice for breakfast. Reception was helpful. It was notable as the nearby petrol station has a reputation for the cheapest fuel in Czech. Plenty of parking and the wifi was fine.

The intersection with the highway can be difficult in heavy traffic. It's ok entering from Prague but coming from the west maybe better to enter the town first and approach using the back streets through the town. Apart from being a bit isolated the hotel was fine as a stopover.

Perfect, clean, very comfortable beds. Reception 24/7. Very nice staff and good breakfast. We were very happy there.

The location was very noisy. Our room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator. The corner room was like a loft with low ceilings on the sides of the room.

room wasn’t clean enough, we had spider net in several places in the room, drain in the bathroom almost didn’t work, mirror in the bathroom is too high, there’s no full-length mirror, spot on the wall near the door, poor breakfast

The rooms are as nice as it gets. Very comfy bed, great bathroom. Everything was clean and functional. The room temperature was fine, maybe even slightly high, which is rare, but for me, that's better than being cold during the night :) The place is at the main road, yet very calm and quiet. Breakfast was exceptional, both in size and quality.

Initial contact with the staff was not pleasant at all. I was shocked with the attitude on my arrival. They tried to charge me significantly more money than it was agreed through booking.com and I got accused of getting "special option" (gluten-free bread) at breakfast, which they previously said is not problem at all (I asked them a week before making a booking). Having said that, the same person was much nicer in the morning and they prepared me a great breakfast to go.

Provided breakfast was great with a variety of ingredients to choose from. The chef even made me scrambled eggs when asked. The staff was even so generous with my late night arrivals.

Nothing in particular everything was fine.
