- Good location, close to the centre, clean, friendly staff.The room was generally comfortable and fine.
- The hotel is situated in a very quiet location - but the whole place is peaceful, mostly consisting of spa buildings, hotels and restaurants. The room was big enough for 2 people, recently refurbished, had almost everything we needed, nevertheless we missed a kettle. Comfortable beds, lift in the building, free parking, a bike/ski storage room.This hotel has no reception desk - ÿou have to check in/out in the largest hotel of the resort "Novy dum", where you can also order spa procedures or swimming pool entry. Buffet meals are available in one big central restaurant/canteen, a lot of things to choose from and they are really tasty.Wonderful nature in the surroundings, lots of sights in the area either on the Czech as well as Polish territories.

- Reception was far from the property. It was necessary to walk the distance on our arrival as well as when we were leaving. Talking about the distances, we got a room at the very end on the top floor in an empty building. Also we got the non-removable arm rings for the breakfast in which we had to sleep over night, nothing too comfortable. What I especially didn’t like is was the fact that when we booked wellness, we received an A4 paper confirming our time slot reservation that we had to bring into spa so we left the reception with plenty of A4 papers like if there wouldn’t be any other possible digital solution for booking within single resort …

- The swimming pool is not very big, only 10 people are allowed at a time, has to be booked well in advance for only one hour and has to be paid for (7 EUR per person). The restaurants close quite early - between 7 and 8 p.m. as most clients seem to be old-age pensioners.
