The staff is while being very friendly is also very professional.Dinners were a bit expensive but fabulous. I mean I hesitated to eat at the hotel in the evening because of the price, but I was so happy to stay there the very second I started to eat.The kid's corner made both my children to play while I was savouring the meal and they even wanted to stay there.All I can expect with a breakfast.A big and charming family room.

A small detail, in a picture from booking, there is a very nice outside playground. However the playground is located a kilometer from the hotel, making it not straight forward to get the kids playing there.

Overall atmosphere of the hotel is friendly and pleasant. The interior is cozy and well-maintained. Lovely big shower head, very satisfying.

No room cleaning (towel was not replaced). Bad quality all-in-one soap/shampoo/shower gel. Toilet seat hasn't been cleaned for a while and was disgusting.

Extremely clean. Modern contemporary design. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking on-site. Great breakfast selection with quality foods, not your average buffet breakfast. Exceptional dinners too.

I booked a deluxe room however something went wrong with our reservation and it was all totally fully booked. So we got a normal double room. The owner felt pretty bad about it so we didn't have to pay for the dog and childbed. However, the costs for a dog and childbed are pretty high here and it's not mentioned on Booking.com.The breakfast was really nice and the hospitality is good. Personally I did not like the spaghetti bolognese. Nevertheless that's very personal.The location is beautiful.

We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't stay in the room what we booked.

We were the first guests in the room. So - everything was clean and stylish. - Brand new stylish child tent and stand for child drawing. Forgot to provide something to draw though. - Well-equipped kitchen (forks are missing though). - Exceptional breakfast and restaurant food. - Overall friendly and helpful personal. - Nice children playing corner in the cafeteria area (it is quite hidden and we would appreciate smb telling us there is a children corner in another room before we found this on our own on tge 2nd day of our stay). - Super tight nice mattresses and generally comfortable sleeping set up. - Overall quite and nice location (nearby Jizerske hory), store with everything and nice helpful personal nearby.- nice and comfy settings

- no blackout curtains were the reason we have not slept much. With blinds there was quite a lot of sun in the mornings. Probably will be fixed as there were curtain holders.- No A/C and a lot of huge windows in the side where sun rises -> very hot even with a ventilator.- the room location is on the way of coming guestes and when you need to open the windows due to hot whether, you risk to be disturbed by guests coming at 22 or later (we were with 2 y.o. So we already slept at this time).- the outer lights are automatic and that is why they randomly get on during the night. Which would be ok if there were blackout curtains.- outdoor playground is 1.5 km away on the road that is not well walkable. Although those are considered under the same brand, we felt bad not ordering anything there even though we would not need anything. Visit the playground, it is nearby Mannes forest in a very nice location :) we were happy to walk our dog in the mornings there.- terrace is not private (all the guests can seat there) and view from windows is on the parking lot. However, the opportunity to walk outside through the big window door was nice.- as one wall is basically windows facing parking lot (with 6-8 cars, but still), one cannot live with open blinds. Which discards all the benefits of big windows. - the main man (owner?) was a few times pissed off with personal (he was exceptionally friendly with us). This was uncomfortable. - huge soft pillows. Would appreciate some orthopedic option available.

Great house made breakfast, really nice staff in all aspects providing great personal service. Nice and comfortable private wellness.

We had a great stay! Can’t recommend this place enough! Very nice clean rooms,amazing breakfast,really good restaurant with a great bar in a cute village close to Liberec/Ještěd.We traveled with a dog and a baby and the staff was super friendly and accomodating.Thank you so much! We had a great time and hope we will get to go back! :)

Small room but nice, clean and modern. Good shower. Excellent restaurant, highly recommended, very friendly chef and wonderful food! Breakfast also great.

The room was far too hot, even with the window open and one of the mattresses was extremely soft and had a big dip in the middle. Needless to say, I did not sleep well at all and had a painful back and neck in the morning. Also, the hotel was very quiet, there was no one there to greet us, we had to see ourselves in, didn’t feel particularly welcoming.

Great breakfast. Nice localization in very small and quiet city.

Room heating is centrally controlled, it is not possible to change the temperature in the room yourself.

Perfect. Silence. Relax. Clean.

The hotel is in an amazing location with great nature around, the facilities are wonderful (especially the wellness area is a great perk), the food very nice and the staff responsive and kind.

The room had no kettle and there was a ton of dust behind the nightable. The walls are pretty thin. The staff were very nice and did a great job but at certain times they were a bit too pushy - but this could be a matter of taste.

Disappointing

Even if I am not used to write bad reviews, I have to share my experiences... We paid ca CZK 18k for a 5-night stay and that's for I would wait a good level of provided services. On Monday, the day of our check-in, shower door was broken. On Tuesday morning we told the receptionist that there was a problem. Until Thursday nobody came to fix it. But that is not the point. After reparation we were abused that we had not said it earlier and that we cannot use it. And what's more, from that time we were treated very poorly by the manager of the hotel. Our holiday was ruined... Unbelievable treatment. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Such bad manners. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL... Sorry... even though other staffs were polite.

10AM Check-out. For a hotel is really too earlyRestaurant working hours are weird: - breakfast from 8 till 10AM (OK for me, but I know a lot of people who would wish it earlier), and - restaurant itself is closed in 8PM, while there are not much alternative around- you need a reservation for dinner even if restaurant is half emptyIf you have a window to the road it can be quite noisy at night

Beautiful hotel with big potential. Everything is new and nicely designed. We loved the breakfast. They would need to do just a bit more and everything would be perfect. But everything depends on people and unfortunately it's big problem for this guys. Also we book it because we love the restaurant, which was closed most of the time (no other option to eat around) and when we could enjoy it finally, it was fiasco.

1) Day before we arrived we got call from reception, that they would like to inform us that the next day is the kitchen open just until 16h. We said that we will try to make it, because we are excited to visit the restaurant. Well, we make it on time, but it was anyways closed. (Monday.)2) The restaurant was also closed the next day. (Tuesday).3) We made reservation for the restaurant during breakfast on Wednesday. FINALLY ?Morning waiter was super nice and recommended us to do it at 6:15PM, so we have enough time to try all the courses. Well, I felt very disappointed when the same guy was evening telling us, that he cannot order for us desert, because kitchen is accepting orders just until 6:30. Btw we get our cakes on the end, but I even didn't enjoy it after the stress before. As well it was bit weird that he was presenting us "fish specialities" and he was talking about crevettes.4) The same waiter offer us during breakfast some water melon fresh. Honestly I thought that he meant it like sorry for the last evening and I almost wanted to forgive him. What a disappointed when it was charged. Maybe it's better to say it before you bring it? I didn't book the restaurant for dinner anymore after this experience with this guy. Btw evening when we were going back to the room, we saw that the staff is having party in the restaurant after they closed. The mornings waiter had the next day horrible hangover. Wouldn't it be better to open for customers? (Thursday).5) I had all my towels quite used, so I put them on the floor to be changed. I found all of them evening on the heater (wet and dirty). Cleaning service was not also sweeping and vacuuming the floors during all the time. Not possible to solve the problem, because receptionist was never there.6) We are leaving, I am checking under the beds etc, if we didn't loose anything (we have small kid, so I have to check every time very carefully).

Beautifully renovated hotel in the center of a village.

When I made the reservation I've asked whether it is possible to have a vegan dish for my partner.The answer was: no problem, we will ask the cook to find a suitable option.Unfortunately the host did not tell us the restaurant was closed in the evening... What's the point!!!There were not many other places to eat in the area. We were charged some 800 CZK (more than 30 EUR) for 1 hour in the sauna. Tariffs were not provided and on booking it says sauna is included...

Beautiful location. We had views of Jested from our windows. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We traveled with our dog and although there is a pet fee, they greeted us with a dog bed, dog blanket, dog bowls and a bag of treats! The attic bedroom with the huge bathtub was superb. The breakfast was very nice as well. We enjoyed a meal at their restaurant too and enjoyed the walk to their new bistro along the bike path. It is an excellent area for a cycling vacation.
