Hotel U Martina

The hotel is small but very clean. It has very good access. The breakfast was perfect, buffet style, and very tasty. We also had dinner, which was fresh and delicious. Parking is also available for 4 euros per day.

Location! Restaurant! Breakfast! Great price! People were very helpful.

We were in the economy room and knew not to expect AC. Just want to make sure others know. You should probably already know, if you are traveling to a small medieval village.

Accommodation not in the same place than breakfast

Location is perfect, even though its central location means it is noisy in the evening until late (people partying around) and early morning (cars going around on the main road) since with no AC you have to have windows open in summer. Also as it is an old house, it was not so hot inside despite very high summer temperatures outside. Also the beds were comfortable. The only thing I really loved were the super nice a super white and new sheets on the blankets. Ladies at the reception were nice. Some of the items at the breakfast were very good (water melon, vegetables, bacon), good coffee.

Not very clean. The bathroom was rather terrible- looked like 30 years old (especially the shower). The entire place needs either deep clean or rather full or at least partial renovation. Also, the reception is approx 100-150m away from the house so you must first find parking somewhere around the house - you do not where), then try to find reception to pick up the keys, then go back to take your stuff to the room and go parking (if the parking by the hotel is full, another parking is again some 100-200m away). Some items at the breakfast were really not good (scrambled eggs, ham).

Room was very spacious, bed was big and comfy, breakfast was really good.

The room's facilities were cheap and shaky. The curtains did not do much to keep light out and were poorly attached to the wall.

Wrong information about location of reception. Very small and unconfortable room. Np wifi connection in room. Breakfast served several blocks far away. Facilities and room not corresponding with stars of hotel and value.

A comfortable place to stay even for a group of people. Delicious breakfast with a various choice. We contacted the receeption to have a late check-in and we didn't have any problems with that.

there was no curtain on the window in the room so woken up by light. we spent ages trying to locate someone for check in. we were not told that we had to go to a different building down the road to find reception. we also had to go back to this building for breakfast. this should have been made clear. we had problems with locking the door to our room. somebody should have showed us to the room.

Location near Vltava river, dog walks in nearby forest, beautiful medieval town and castle, night walks, czech cousine, beer

Chaos during check-in. Nobody in Restaurant care about accomodition, they don't have keys. Reception is in another hotel, it was very hot summer day, walking from one location to another on hot medieval stone road was suffering, and my dogs were tired. Parking lot was full, because of motocyclist block all parking boxes, but special parking for motorbikes was empty. Cool place, but owner need better organization to keep guests happy.

Great location and price, great breakfast.

Parking lot was full and the staff had no clue where I could park my car. The reception is in another building and I had to go back to the reception to get a parking pass to park on the street in front of the property. I think having the reception in another building is not a good idea unless the staff at the property is better informed. I don’t blame the staff for their lack of knowledge, they were working very hard in the restaurant that is at the ground floor of the building, I think the owner should train the staff better,

Best thing is the breakfast. You do NOT want to skip the breakfast, trust me!Nice and quite place with gorgeous scenery.Our room was big and confortable. Bathroom basic but nice.

The reception and the breakfast were 100 meters from the hotel. Just an inconvenience, since we had a guy with clutches.

Location was superb! I had a view of the castle, which was absolutely stunning and It was a lovely surprise!

The only thing I could think of was that the hairdryer in the room didn’t work and I needed one in the morning .

Very friendly staff. Since we had a situation with very late check-in, the staff found a way for us to get to the hotel room. The room met all expectations. The breakfast was very tasty.A big thank you to the staff from me and the kids.

There is not a single reason to say anything bad about this accommodation. Everything was as expected, perfect.
